This pamphlet, first published in 1776, set in print the word every American was thinking about, but none dared say: independence! It was published anonymously in New York, selling 120,000 copies in the first 3 months and half a million in that same year. Its author, Thomas Paine, wrote in a language that could be understood by any reasonably literate colonist. If they become crazy then it’s because we started that way!
When assembling the United States of America the founding fathers actually put some thought into it set down guidelines for all good things for all the people for life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
If they would do that today we would not have some of the problems we are having.
Whatever it’s a 20 minute read it’s a little tiny Bible Recent social behavior quote in front of people “I enjoyed the red very much I am glad it is in my library and I will read it over and over and share it with friends. I recommend.
