From number-one New York Times best-selling author Abbi Glines comes the next new adult novel in her beloved Rosemary Beach series, which continues the story of Mase and Reese from When I'm Gone.
The future is bright for Reese Ellis. She has Mase Colt-Manning, the man of her dreams; and a family she didn't know existed until her long-lost father arrived on her doorstep in Rosemary Beach. After growing up with a cruel mother and an abusive stepfather, Reese is eager to get to know the caring and charming man who wants to be a part of her life. Everything is finally falling into place.
While Reese is visiting her new family in Chicago, Mase spends time with his "cousin", Aida, who has worshipped him since childhood. Though they're unrelated by blood, Mase and Aida have been raised to think of each other as family. But when Reese returns, she can tell something isn't quite right with Aida, who clearly resents Reese and excels at manipulative little games. And though Mase is unsuspecting, Reese knows Aida doesn't love him like a cousin should.

OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD!
This book is so good. I just love Abbi's books. can't wait for the next Rosemary book.
This Rosemary Beach series was one that I really didn't think I'd get into as much as I have, but, I've loved every single book, and this one was no exception. Mase is totally the kind of guy you want to be with and Reese is so awesome that you're not even jealous that she got such a great guy! Love this story, and can't wait for more from Abbi Glines.
Rabid Listener/Reader and Shopper!
Narration - Grace Grant and Jason Carpenter - Really Good
We have dual POV's with dual narration and they're both really terrific narrators, so it was a really enjoyable listen.
I just love this whole series - I guess Abbi Glines is one of my guilty pleasure authors. She could write about my refrigerator and I'd probably still buy it and read it and besides that, I absolutely love me some Rosemary Beach!
This wasn't the strongest in the series, but I still loved it.
I thought this was a sweetly romantic story. Reese and Mace are just so mushy in love so there wasn't much angst to this story, or what was there didn't worry me too much because, well, they are just so mushy in love.
At one point, I thought we were being set up for a big blow-up with his annoying cousin Aida, (and GOD she was sooo annoying) but that was kind of a non-entity, then I was set for some major drama with Captain, and that lasted about a half hour. For the most part, we just get to enjoy watching Reese bloom and flourish with the support of Mace and some surprising support from River/Captain as we get set up for Captain's book. Abbi took him from kind of a jerk to a somewhat likable guy - and I was a bit surprised by his role near the end...
My favorite part? When Aida declares that Reese is Fat and has a Big Butt. Major says something along the lines of "You're built like a model and Reese is built like a Porn Star! You girls want the model body but us guys want the Porn Star Body" Bwaa-ha-ha-ha-ha! Love it!
Honestly, I thought this book could have been two or three hours longer because it seemed to rush along at times, and while I love what happened in the end, I'd like to know more. But, if you're a fan of Abbi and the Rosemary Beach Series, I still think you'll enjoy this!
Danya relation was good this was a great follow up to the original story. Looking forward to reading more about this series.
Too many story lines happening in this one book & none of them were covered in depth. The characters are fun, but I felt the Aida storyline was left dangling. Also, I wish we learned more about Nona, Raul, & Benedetto.
I loved the characters and performance, can't wait for the next book. Normally I rather read a book but I have listened to a few of Abbi's books and now really enjoy listening to books. This was a great buy.
Hot, Southern, love
Mase Colt Manning
Totally love every book in the Rosemary beach series this is the continuation of the romance between Reese and Mase, can there ever be a nicer hotter man than Mase Colt Manning? I don't think so. This book introduces another curious character Captain it will be great to see where we go to next. Narrated by the awesome Grace Grant and the sexy southern tomes of Jason Carpenter this is a must read.
I couldn't wait to begin reading When You're Back, especially after the ending of When I'm Gone. Reese and Mase are crazy about each other, but their relationship is still new and they both have a lot of insecurities to work around. There were a few times in this book when I really thought Mase was going to do something to disappoint me, and while he was a bit naive about a few things and did screw up several times, making me want to slap some sense into him, for the most part he was a really stand-up guy. Reese has a lot of self-esteem issues and is really unsure of herself, and she endured some hurt in this book that I hated having to see her go through, but she also stretched herself in ways she didn't think she was capable of as well. Then there was Aida ...I could not stand Aida. I hope I don't have to see Aida ever again. Captain was also in this story and I found him to be quite intriguing. He definitely caused things to heat up, and I can't wait to read his story.
When You're Back was a great story and I enjoyed seeing Mase and Reese get their happily ever after together. Lord knows they had to fight their way there, and they did just that. It was a great ending to this couple's chapter in the Rosemary Beach Saga, and Abbi Glines set things up nicely for the next book as well.
Book 11 in the Rosemary Beach series continues Mase and Reese's story from When I'm Gone. Following the revelation in book 10 with Reese's birth father, it's all looking peachy back at the ranch. Reese has moved in with Mase, and Mase is taking care of his girl, she is after all the love of his life, and his future. Too bad there are two people dead set on messing it up for them, sadly Mase can't see the wood for the trees and he makes a few pretty big mistakes, and falls right into their trap. Add to the mix the evil stepdad making an appearance, and a few interesting revelations about Captain. That being said, Mase is truly hot, completely in love, and trying his best. Enjoyable read and a must for all Rosemary Beach fans. Loved hearing about all the crowd, Grant and Harlow especially.
