Publisher's summary

Courage. Loyalty. Selflessness.

These are just some of the traits that made me a Marine, yet I ditched every single one of them the day I set foot back on American soil. I wasn't brave. I was a coward, a disappointment, a killer. Unable to face my family and friends, I did what any person in my state of despair would do and left town, allowing the darkness building within my soul to consume me.

Four years have since passed, and even though the memories of what can't be changed continue to haunt me, the thoughts of what I can change haunt me more. My feelings for Jenna have never faltered. And I don't know if she'll be able to forgive me for the things I've done, but that's a chance I have to take. She's my saving grace - the reason I'm alive. I owe her more than I'll ever be able to give, but if she'll take it, she can have what's left of me.

The HEA, every book needs one of those.....well the books I like to read/listen

What does Tiffany Williams bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Tiffany has a beautiful voice, she can easily transition from female to male characters flawlessly.

Well it is a heartfelt and gripping short story, so yes I did have a few moments of sadness while listening. But don`t misunderstand, there is a few funny moments as well.

Left Me With A Happy Feeling

What's Left of Me by Kimberly Lewis on audio was a good listen. It was a sweet story of forgiveness and reunion with just enough angst to keep it moving quickly. Though short, readers get a full love story worth the credit.

Believable

This was a good book overall... believable situations and believable characters. It was somewhat fast paced, but not too fast to make you think you've missed something. The narration was done well - not fake feeling or annoying at all like some I've listened to. The narrator had a pleasant voice and spoke how real people speak - she even had some drama in her tone. Overall good book.
