All Katie wanted was a fresh start.
TerraMates was supposed to provide Katie with a life on a new world and an opportunity with an alien husband. She had everything planned except for the assault on the TerraMates shuttle and her abduction.
Now she's all alone, surrounded by a violent alien race hell-bent on invading Earth. Her only hope is a threatening alpha military hero. Are they soulmates? Can an Earth girl's destiny be intertwined with an alien?
This story takes place in the TerraMates universe, but can be heard as a stand-alone novel.

Audiobook Addict. It's all about the Listen. Mostly Romance, but I do branch out a bit. Reviews are my honest opinions-popular or not.
I love that each of these TerraMates installments is different. While this one has the abduction of the heroine on her way to fulfill the mail-order bride contract, the abductor fights his attraction for a long time in an attempt to remain loyal to his sovereign, and the "earthling" is seen initially as an "it," so they have a lot of distance to cover to get to an HEA and a lot of obstacles in their way. As is to be expected with this series, the journey is almost as fun as the destination.
Terrance Bayes is back again, and I 'm glad. I REALLY like his voice and narration style.
Just Another Audiobook Addict! Love listening to all types of romances, but occasionally need a good Sci-Fi, Fantasy, or a book with humor!
Each TerraMates story is unique, exciting with great world building and character development. This is one of the few series you can actually listen too the stories in any order, which is a refreshing change from other series.
Warrior Invasion was great, and the plot was a little more intense than some of the other stories; however, I felt the ending was a little rushed and should have been developed little bit more. Other than that, I enjoyed Kate and Troxeo's story.
This is the first audio I've listen too that was narrated by Terrence Bayes and though he did a great job.
Not bad at all! I received this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.
Books give a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and life to everything. - Plato
All the TerraMates stories are fun and unique. This story does not disappoint! Although, it took forever before the two main characters got together!
Kate signs up with TerraMates and when she is on her way to meet her husband her spaceship is attacked and she is kidnapped and taken to an unknown planet.
Troxeo is Kate's kidnapper and he has a strong sense of loyalty and respect for the Leader of his planet. The Leader is a horrible person that thinks of humans as "Things" instead of people. He has terrible plans for Kate & Earth!
The narrator did a good job bringing the story to life.
It seems like a lot went on throughout the book before Troxeo came to his senses and decided to help Kate. He was not my favorite hero but I'm glad he woke up before it was too late for Kate.
There is action, suspense, drama, and a bit of romance at the end.
**This audiobook was provided free of charge in exchange for my honest unbiased opinion **
The author spent almost the entire story except for the last 15 minutes telling a story where the two people had no intimacy and or seduction.
This could of been a great romantic story if the alpha male actually showed interest in the female and at least try or initiate a few seduction episodes. If you want a nice story sans much intimacy then you can invest your credit. The narration was very good.
Say something about yourself!
Yes. Because i enjoy audio books because i can read/listen at work.
I liked all the action with some romance.
i liked the fact he could do both male and female parts.
My Warrior mate.
This was a great story. It started with Kate finding her live in boyfriend in bed with a co worker of his. Then she moves back in with her parents. After seeing a Terra Mates commercial about a new alien alliance with another race she decides to sign up and go. On her way, the ship is intercepted by Troxeo and some of his fellow warriors. His mission is to get a human for his commander. The commander wants an ordinary human to interrogate for a future invasion of Earth. What Troxeo thought was just normal mission turns out to be his future true soulmate. He just has to make sure. Will he accept it or allow the commander to harm is intended? This book has action, romance and some betrayal. Great book. It is one of my favorites so far. I received this book free for an honest review.
Girl get cheated on by human boyfriend, get mad and despite an otherwise successful earth life decides to be an alien mail order bride. Girl is kidnapped by big bad alien treat like crap and then kidnapped by his lusty cousin who destroys his entire and life so he can have sex with girl (stupid plot). Big bad alien has an epiphany and realizes he loves girls and must save her.
It literally goes just like that and wraps up without them actually ever having a conversation.
Katie is done, after catching a cheating boyfriend and having to move back to her childhood home her best option for a positive change is TerraMates. Everything is going great until she finds herself in the arms of a sexy kidnapper. Katie finds herself submerged in a world of an alien race planning on destroying humankind. Can Katie overcome? And what about the confusing feelings whenever she is around her kidnapper?
Another great novel by Lisa Lace. Lisa has driven the TerraMate series beyond romance novels, these storylines and characters are robust and engrossing. Lisa never lets down, and has opened an enchanting and engrossing world of intrigue, heroism and erotica that keeps a reader coming back for more.
I received this story for an honest review.
I really enjoyed this twist on the TerraMates series. In this particular story TerraMates is sending out full ships of brides to be rather than single woman. But the story focus on one woman in the last ship that goes out. Katie is taken from the ship by Troxeo because she isn't acting like the rest of the woman on the ship when he invades the ship.
I liked the inner strength that Katie had not only in choosing to go to a different planet in the hope of starting a new life, but also in finding herself in a situation that was completely out of her control. Even facing imprisonment and torture didn't break her spirit.
Troxeo showed the honor and depth of character that he had when he didn't follow the standard treatment of female prisoners of his race. In fact he was willing to give up everything for Katie.
I loved how fleshed out the characters were. It was easy to get in touch with them and feel like I was right in the midst of the action with them.
I love the reader's voice. He does a great job of bringing the scenes to life, both the action and the romance. He's read several of the TerraMates books and I hope he continues.
This is another good read. The TerraMates are a nice evening entertainment. This one stands on its own. Although they are a series I have found that only one or two are totally connected. In this one Katie and Troxeo find each other and their adventure is different from the others. The worlds created in this series are very well described and you can definitely see them. The narration was good and added to the story. I was given this book in exchange for an unbiased review. This book did not disappoint.
The narrator did a very good job of bring life to the story and characters.
