LOVE THE COVER, BUT

The cover of the book is pretty, but I just didn't think that the narrator wasn't right for this book. I think Lidia Dornet would've done a much better job with this book than the current narrator. She's not the worst I've listened to there are some bad narrators out there in fact Shirl Rae is a very good narrator, but just not for this book.

Twist me was different from the outset, keeping me enthralled the entire way through.

No other book has had such an intriguing yet almost disturbing storyline.

The only negative is the reader's voice for Julian.

story decent narrator distracting

I enjoyed the content but the narrator made all sorts of noises bothered. a kind of wet clicking noise was the one I noticed. probably won't read another she narrates.

Twist me

Could of been a good story The heroine was too young to me Jullian was a child molester . I think the heroine should have been at least 21yrs old and the heroine put up no resistance which makes the story not believable and boring . I think the average person will put up a fight. It would time for her to except her plight. Jullian should not have rape her it should have been her choice I don’t care how attractive a man is no woman in her right mind wants to be forced into a relationship. And for her not to be angry when he gave her parents a million dollars to rape and kidnap their daughter made the story even worst no amount of money could replace the lost of a child. I think the author should have not put that in the story.

Didn't get it.

I couldn't relate to the heroine in this book. The writing and narration were good, but I can't imagine being a woman completely removed from her life with nothing else but a guy who kidnapped her coming to visit her for sex and that being enough for her. Talk about somebody who needs a life! I realize this was what the book was about, but it wasn't for me. I need MORE from my romances and storylines. It seemed like a rehashing of Twilight/50 Shades with kidnapping thrown in for good measure.

This book is riveting! As the title suggests..it twists you into gut wrenching agony and fear and turns you into a writhing mass of need due to its in depth story line. It blew me away!! I was so mesmerized I couldn't stop listening to it, page after page of wants, needs, sexual exploration and fear that will take your breath away. This book has it all and you will be begging for more just like Nora bending to her dark angels demands. Amazing!!

What did you like best about this story?

I think the bond that Nora and Julian achieve is amazing. Against all the odds, these two broken people, find what they need in each other.

What about Shirl Rae’s performance did you like?

I thought Ms. Rae was fantastic!! I really liked the voice she used for Julian.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

What happens when you love the Monster as much as the Man.

This book had me at hello. Yes, it is dark. Yes, I guess there is some dubious parts to this book. But I think you will be cheering for Nora and Julian. Is it worth your credit.....ABSOLUTELY!!

This book isn't for everyone

I liked it but I'm not sure why. The chemistry between the main characters was very intense. I was under the impression the book was a love story. It's about being kidnapped and manipulated.

loved it! this is the kind of book you read and love then think there is something wrong with me for loving this. ;)

Another successfully dark start for a series from Anna Zaires 🥰 I'm loving every single bit of the twistedly insane dark kind of romance this book has. Can't wait for the next one 💖
