Once upon a moonlit night in the Enchanted Forest, where cursed beings are consigned until the spells that bind them are broken....
After he captures Lady Lily Rouge's carriage, Sir Marrok Ulfang, aka the biggest baddest wolf the Enchanted Forest has ever seen, has only one day to win her heart and claim her first sexual surrender, even if it means giving the nosey pixies fluttering outside his cottage window an eyeful.
Otherwise, a wolf shapeshifter he'll stay, damned to remain in the lonely Enchanted Forest forever.
But while he can arouse her virginal body to fever pitch, he quickly learns that his spirited, saucy Lily has a mind and will of her own.
And the daylight is fading fast.
Meanwhile, the one who cursed Marrok lurks in the forest and will fight to keep the couple from leaving together alive.

I'm a Romance Junkie! Love Whispersycn Deals! Tips I use: Sort reviews Most Recent; play with narration speed, some narrators sound better.
I'm usually not a fan of short stories. Some of the ones I've listen too in the past were poorly written, underdeveloped, and tried to pack in too many details for the story to have a good flow. But honestly, this is one of the best short stories I've listened too in a long time. Not only was it well written, creative, steamy but it was also very entertaining. I loved the erotic spin on a fairy tale theme. This audio was just long enough to listen too in one sitting, and captivating enough to listen to again.
The three things I loved most about this story was the writing, narration, and the sound effects. From the word choices, narrative, and dialogue, this story read, and felt like a true classic fairy tale. The writing was great, and the world building was descriptive.
Scarlett and Will are one of the main reason why I chose to listen to this audio. Their performance is some of the best I've listened too, and I've listened to well over 700 audiobooks. I figured even if the story was poorly written, these narrators would be able to pull it off. Imagine my surprise, when I learned Scarlett actually wrote the story. She's not only a talented narrator, but a talented author.
The sound effects were the icing, and really added to the overall appeal. Some may prefer not to have sound effects, but I LOVED IT. And I didn't think they were over the top.
This was an awesome audio, with a well thought out plot, brought to life by great narrators, and excellent sound effects. I was very pleased with my purchase, and recommend this to any PNR fan.
I love audiobooks!!!
A delicious fairy tale mash-up of Red Riding Hood and Beauty and the Beast, yet not one I'd ever reason to a child! The sound effects made for a nice change of pace from a typical duet narration. It sounded more like an old-time radio drama. Horses hooves clopping, wolf howling, pretty cool stuff!
Love books. Can get lost in them and spend hours there.
I liked the story and the narrators were good. Started off kinda confusing but I enjoyed it.

5 "little red riding hood meets the wolf" stars!! Look out because your favourite fairytale tale just got a whole lot dirtier!!!! THE WOODSMAN was a fun, scorchingly HOT and erotic short story that left me wanting more!
The audiobook lovers, Honey Scarlett and Leeroy Will, once again deliver a stellar performance, in their signature duet narration style. I really enjoyed the ambient background music and sound effects in this audiobook too! It gave me, as a listener, more placement of the surroundings for a particular scene! And I got goosebumps from the wolves howling!!! This felt more like watching a movie!! I loved it!!!
Yes - this is on my keeper shelf. It's unique, a well-crafted story with strong narration and creative sound effects that make it all pop.
The Big Bag Wolf. The writer takes a literary villain and makes him a sexy hero of the fairytale.
They have real chemistry. Their accents were fun.
I smiled and laughed a lot throughout. Lots of comic touches in the banter. And those pixies. Oh. My.
Very enjoyed. It's got a high heat level, steamy with a capitol S
I totally love this audio book!!! I loved the story, I loved the narration, I just loved the whole thing!!! I look forward to more!
It's short (about 2.5 hours) but it packs in SO much that this is on my keeper shelf for re-listening again and again. I'd say easily my favorite top five audiobooks so far, and that includes the first A Song of Fire and Ice!
I can't think of anything else out there that is quite like this because of the intense experience the sound FX brings. You can SEE the wolf fight, the shifter transition from man to wolf, the hilarious pixies and the loch monster in your head. You feel surrounded and immersed in the atmosphere of the magical Enchanted Forest. This production is set apart from the pack and a cut above. Wished it was longer!
Well, Marok and Lily are the stars of the story, for sure and they have some really great chemistry together. But whoever did the pixies and voiced the old man's crooked doctors was genius. I want more like this from this duo!
There is a twist at the end I didn't see coming that was so sweet I got misty-eyed.
I'm new to them, but this is very high on my list so far
Marok's deep voice by Will was like having a hunky guy growling sexy things in my ear. Shiver. Yum
There a way funny moments and the sound effects intensified the whole experience for me.
This is a sexy listen and very well done. I'll be checking these narrators out for their other works ASAP
Aside from the narrators who are always oh so good together - I really enjoyed the sound effects. The wolf transition was amazing. The pixies are adorable minx. I felt immersed in the forest with the characters.
The climax (no pun intended - grin)
No spoilers, but how the ending happens isn't what I saw coming!
Their first time together - this is a really sexy book, consider yourself warned!
I see some comments that just don't get the sound effects, but I don't understand them - the effects made this story stand out even more.
I was provided this audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator in exchange for an unbiased review. This audiobook has background sounds and extras like that of a radio-show performance. It helps to bring the story to life as if you are listening to a live performance on the stage, radio or movie. It does get a bit distracting from time to time when it competes with the narrators performance. Honey Scarlett and Leeroy Will are an excellent narrating duo that perform this audiobook in duet style. "Duet narration is a conversational style where, for example, if the chapter is written from a female point of view, a female narrator performs all female parts as well as any overall narration. The male narrator performs all male parts. It's kind of like listening to a play or movie with no picture." This is my favorite style of narration when an author writes from two or more genders POV. The writer intertwines erotica romance along with bits from other fairy-tales and folklore, with "Little Red Riding Hood" as the primary source. I found this short story listen to be very interesting and a great short listen when you want a little hot and steamy eargasm with a different twist.
I made a mistake by choosing this book. It is far too explicit for my taste. It is extremely erotic. I am sure that if you like this sort of book you will find it very pleasing but it is not for me. The idea of the sound effects etc was really good and I liked that about it. There was nothing wrong with the narration either. The problem was with my own sensibilities.not the author.
"A Fun, Naughty and Twisted Little Red Riding Hood"
What happens when the woodsman and the wolf are the same? What if Red Riding Hood had to entice the wolf? What if the wolf was cursed and has a firm moral compass, but cannot resist Red Riding Hood?
Belle Scarlette has cleverly taken this classic fairy tale and weaved it into an erotic story that blurs the original details and twists them with sensual enticement. The result is a slightly naughty, humourous tale of Lily Rouge and Marrik, with a hint of menace for flavour. Overall the story is short and fun!
