A litte confidence can go along way

Although the first book is still my favorite (The Husband Trap) this conclusion to the Trap Series was a nice listen. I really enjoyed the characters and the development of Eliza and Kit. The once shy Eliza blossoms into a beautiful and confident woman who gets her man in the end. (sorry Lord Brevard)

Overall a good listen with a fantastic narrator. Definitely worth my credit.

Audible, please add the rest of the series

This was a suprisingly good book, witty, funny, and oh, very sensual. I really enjoyed it. The narrator was excellent. Her nasal rendition of the bad guy, cousin Phil, was awesome. Eliza is basically shopping for a husband after she inherits her aunt's fortune. Her friend Violet enlists her brother-in-law Kit to help coach Eliza in her first season as an eligible heiress within the ton. The fact that Eliza is secretly in love with Kit and that Kit can't see love if it hits him over the head makes for a funny and frustrating situation for everyone involved. I wanted to wring Kit's neck sometimes. Very enjoyable story, light and fun. I am now looking for the other books in the series. If only audible would add them to its list.

Extraordinary narration

This story is good and it builds up the romance really nicely. But what really stands out here is the superb narration done by Bianca Amato. I don't understand why there are so few books narrated by her! The way this narrator adds intensity to the story is superb. You feel what each character is feeling. Very few narrators really make a story come alive the way she does. If you like historical romances you will really enjoy this book.

I'm lovestruck!!!

Great narration and wonderful storyline. Love was built at the right speed and characters were built beautifully. One can see the story take place in front of her on a screen almost. I actually would love to see this trilogy on a screen. I adore Traci Anne Warren and Blanca Amato combo. Do not miss this book.

Yippie Ki-Yay!

Where shall I start? I freaking loved this book thank you very much I will take another. The Wedding Trap is by far the best of the series and is now one of my favorite books (most definitely my favorite romance novel.)

This book doesn't feel like just another romance novel. Although don't you worry there is plenty of panting to go around, I believe the book is much fuller then that genre. It's funny, sad, surprising, and heart warming. The characters... OH THE CHARACTERS!

You really can't go wrong with this choice unless you hate historical settings, British accents, and handsome young men ravishing beautiful young women. I love all those things and can't wait to listen again!

AND Bianca Amato is flawless and usual.

Really Enjoyed It

The Wedding Trap was an endearing and sensual historical romance, with a very likeable hero and heroine. The author did a great job at giving both her characters depth. I felt Eliza's pain when she thought her love for Kit was unrequited, and I kept hoping Kit would finally realize his feelings for Eliza before it was too late. Kit and Eliza's relationship does develop slowly and very naturally. But once Kit decides to seduce Eliza, the sparks do fly! The thing I liked the most about this romance is that there weren't any extraneous or over-the-top conflicts added to this story. The narrator did a good job as well. Give this one a try, if you like sweet, emotion filled and sensual romances.

Well done!

I really enjoyed this read. In the beginning it was a little slow and didn't hold my attention greatly. But once started, I really enjoyed the characters and storyline.

Good

Nice story and kept my interest, but it is not brilliant or engrossing. However, it isn't terrible either. It was not a waste of time, but I have listened to, or read, better romances.

A lovely Way to Enjoy a Romance

Although this book is the last in Ms. Warren's original Trap trilogy, this is a highly enjoyable listen, since the story stands on its own. Wonderful dialogue, witty, humorous and poignant. The characters are very human, very believable and very easy to care about. Ms. Warren's book comes to life beautifully in this audio version.
