The Wedding Trap is in my top 5 so far
I've read the Husband Trap and loved it. What genuine romance, I love it when the good guy wins and love finds a way to prevail.
I love Bianca's narration of each character, how she distinguishes each character's voice and tone, that adds weight to the story and keeps your interest. I loved Kit, Violet and Adrian from the Husband Trap and now I loved Eliza. At times, I too wanted to slap Kit upside his head to wake him up but all-in-all, a great story. Eliza's cousin Phillip, what a head-case!! I was a little sad for Sir Lance, he was a good guy but she was in love with Kit a long time but Kit was clueless. I also love the fact that Jeanette was a decent person in this book. I am thinking about reading the Wife Trap next, hope it too is good reading!!
Love will find a way
Once again, a great book, great ending. I kind of was looking for Liza to report that she was in the family way in this book but I will wait for the other books. Great work Ms. Warren and greater narration Bianca.
I loved this especially the develop of relationship between Kit and Liza. I also liked how all the characters all in the story as an active part of the story development.
Marriage bargain, marriage trap, and marriage mistake. Because they are all about couples who ended up together through basic human miss perception
She is the best I have heard to separate all the characters in the books
The story is well written and narrated. I skipped the 2nd book because I didn't like Violet's sister in the 1st book and didn't care to hear her romantic story. But after listening to book 1, I was definitely curious as to how Violet's friend Eliza would fare after being raised as a timid wall flower in search of a husband. Eliza soon finds her wings and confidence when she gets a makeover by Violet and Kit. It's a cute story and worth the credit.
Kit! Kit! Kit!
Eliza was to relatable and sweet! Kit was dreamy and the story had a great ending with Lancelot... maybe his story will be next???
Oh yes! I love the narrative, adore the characters, truly enjoyed the entire book.
The story of the plain shy miss and her love.
Perfection! From cadence to distinct characters in both male and female personalities to their emotional and situational expressions.
The many loves of a london lady...
Well worth the listen!
Say something about yourself!
This installment was not as good as the others. I had a good news story, some good passion, and the predictable ending – like I buy these books for other reasons. I found that Eliza’s reticence annoying – after a while. I understood it earlier in the book but then things go along well and wham, she is back in her quivering bubble. I found myself fast forwarding through cajoling her out of the ‘attack’ of crippling shyness, then the next scene she is no so shy at all. I felt sorry for the losing suitor – there had to be one, and I really enjoyed the narrator, Bianca Amato. She did a superb job.
Not a bad listen all in all but I liked the other ones much better.
There were no dull moments
Kit was funny character to see change as the story progressed
The fighting scean at gentlemen Jackson between kit and one of elizas suitors
Yes, this was actually the 2nd one I listened to.
I was happy with the way it ended.
This author doesn't hold back in the sex scenes. If you like a more clean read, I wouldn't listen to this one, the sex scenes are definitely explicit. Just a warning for those who prefer a more wholesome romance...
While the series continues with the interesting regency romance, it takes WAY to long to get the point. Not sure it is worth the credit. But the narrator is fair.
Reads out loud to myself. Dances and sings for fun. Secretly wishes to be an Alicorn!

The narrator did a marvelous job! Her accent and emotions are wonderful to listen to. She had fairly distinguishable male and female character voices where you could identify who was speaking before the author has written who was speaking. The description and colorful language was great. I could picture everything in my mind as the narrator went through it. The story was typical, I was annoyed with some of the physical and emotional manipulations and confusion that the hero and heroine put themselves into. I kept saying, "Well, what outcome did you EXPECT would happen if you ____?" I was also interested in waiting to see if they would figure out how their ministrations and relationship would effect others around them.
She has loved him forever, he didn't even notice her until she blossomed (conformed to the mind set of dressing more maturely). Can she seduce him (physically) into loving her and making a marriage worthy relationship? We shall see...
