Typical Robyn Carr book, just like Virgin River,

Very typical Robyn Carr. It is just like Virgin River, a different location and different characters. Right from the beginning you know just what is going to happen. Having Therese Plummer as narrator you kind of think of the Virgin Rivers names as she does the new characters. Sometimes I just like an easy going book with some romance, so this fits the bill very well. Nothing really to the book, easy listening.

When the end was not the forever after finish of alot of books but the acceptance of life as it can be.

Great story!

Not only does Robyn Carr do such an amazing job of putting you right into the story and developing all the characters so well Therese Plummer does a fantastic job of narration putting emotion and passion in her voice!

I am enjoying Robyn Carr's books!

This is the 3rd series I am reading. The characters are realistic, the setting is beautiful, and I love how much detail is included . The narrator is so good I truly forget one person is narrating all of the characters. I loved everything about this book and am so happy to have another series to read!

I want to live in Thunder Point!

I want to live in Thunder Point! I'm in love with all of its characters and the scenery. I'm obsessed and must read/listen to them all. I just started listening to this author last year and I can't stop. The development of the characters, the descriptions of the surroundings, you settle in, like reading a good book by the fireplace, and let the story take you on the journey...

bait, bar, and beaches

Not your traditional beachside dive. I love Cooper and his loyalty to his friends. This is a great escape from reality and i love how it has a bit of a tie in to the Virgin River series. You dont necessarily necessarily have to read the other series but it would clear up a bit background wise. Fantastic world building with lovable (& loathable-is that a word) characters.

It was real and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was read by a great narrator as well.
