Would you listen to The Husband Maker again? Why?

Yes it was a great story i enjoyed it although there are some parts that i felt dragged a bit and was unnecessary

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Husband Maker?

The ex boyfriends and how they broke up with the main character

The nicknames

the relationship with the best friend that makes you wonder could it be something there

What does Nicky Phillips bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The narrator did a great job for the most part but i felt it could have been a tad better if she put just a little more energy into each character

At the end of the book there is a cliffhanger and i Cant wait to hear the next book

What made the experience of listening to The Husband Maker the most enjoyable?

It was so well written and descriptive that the characters seemed to come to life.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Charlotte was my favorite character. To enjoy a book I have to feel that the characters are believable. Charlotte seemed so genuine. I loved how the author actually made you care about them.

Have you listened to any of Nicky Phillips’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

No, I never have but I thoroughly enjoyed her performance. She's one of the best I've heard. She did exceptional on all the different voices and really portrayed the emotions well.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I would have loved to listen to it all in one sitting. Unfortunately, I couldn't but you know it's a good book when you think about it when you aren't reading/listening to it and you can't wait to find out what happens next.

I loved this book so much I immediately got the rest of the series and can't wait to see what happens.

Great story and excited for next book!! Would definitely recommend to others. I look forward to reading the next book in the series and will be starting it...now!

Young Adult. Clean

Definitely for the younger crowd, but enjoyed a clean listen and a good performance. I do wish the author would have made the main female character have some redeeming qualities. It's like she worked so hard to make her so inept at almost everything that it was hard to be rooting for her.

A enjoyable romance, one that I can share with my daughter, about the ups and downs in dating. Looking forward to the next book.
