Sometimes it's good to be guilty...
It's all fun and games...
Dark, powerful, sexy Kane. He has many names, but in truth he is Robin Goodfellow, the one-time favored son of Oberon, King of Faery. For centuries he's worked his magic, seducing and pleasuring women as befits his puca nature. But Kane made one big mistake - punishing his brother for a crime he did not commit.
Until somebody loses a guy...
Oh yeah, he also left Dr. Janelle Corrington after the most amazing night of her life. Their lovemaking was brief, intense...and a one-night stand. While she'd established what she thought was a soul connection that could occur only once in any lifetime, he was simply having sex. Why else would he have disappeared without a word? That's why the Druid circle's punishment for Kane's other crime is so delicious: For him to be Janelle's ward, to make amends to all he harmed, and to take responsibility for his actions. Finally, Kane would have to take things seriously. And only true love would be rewarded.

The beginning of it was just too far out there. I couldn't continue. I only made it through chapter 1 and went to another book. It starts with a doctor in front of some council of druids or fae born I'm not even clear on that part. But basically chick reported this Druid or they kept calling him a pooka whatever that is. She wanted him in trouble because he slept with her and then left and didn't tell her goodbye or call her.
She has such hostility towards him you would think he murdered her best friend. She keeps refusing and the council tells her she has to. His brother volunteers to watch him but she goes off on that because apparently the pooka druid did something to his brother.
Like I said, it was just too much. Way to unbelievable. It didn't peak my interest and I don't think I could have listened to her for very long. Had the story peaked my interest I would probably have listened longer but there wasn't anything there I wanted to hear.
narrator was terrible. It sounded like she was in an empty room and too close to the microphone. She had some inflection but all characters were pretty much the same. It was very hard to listen to it.
best part was I only paid 3.95 so not out too much.
I almost put the book down but stuck with it and started enjoying it at about the third chapter. The first couple of chapters were tedious in content and seemed as if they were written by a ten year old. This would be a much better book had the beginning been condensed or left out entirely because the balance of the book is self explanatory. I ended up liking the balance of the book and am glad I stuck with it.

Better sound quality
I just could not get into the story. A lot of terms that made no sense
I would not read or listen to either one.
She was horrible to listen to. All females sounded like the men or in drag. All sounded the same.
Horrible story line wow
