He can tell a lie

I loved this book! Gideon is the keeper of lies so not only does he know when people are lying to him but he can only speak in lies. If he tells the truth he is in unbelievable pain. Scarlet is the keeper of Nightmares and is Gideon's wife! She can suss out everyone's deepest darkest nightmare but she cannot bring herself to use it against Gideon. They must fight the gods themselves to be together but they will not leave each other. Max Bellmore is a fantastic narrator that brings Gena Showalter's stories to life.

Max Bellmore is awesome. This series was enhanced by his voice and how he makes the charachters come alive. I would listen to any book he reads.
This series of books is fantastic. You get involved with the characters and the plots are consumming. Can't wait until Gena Showalter completes the series.

great storyline .. i couldn't imagine listening to this series with any other narrator.. i dont know his name but he really brings these stories to life..i expected something a little different with lies but loved how the story came out .. i really love this series

another great story

Another great story in this exciting series lords of the underworld. I am looking forward to the next one. The leading man in this story is charming and funny. I would definitely recommend this story.

Gideon keeper of the demon of lies for the first time meet the woman that will take his heart and breath way. This woman is also Scarlet the keeper of the demon of nightmare and both their demon has bonded in the past during their time in the Pandora Box. Now they meet because they were brought together through the wicked deed of Scarlet mother, aunt, step farther. Now she was captured and taken to the fortress where she will be protected from the hunters. Today Gideon took her out from the fortress to finally get the truth from Scarlet. As they were out from the fortress, she began to make some connection when the hunters shows up and she took all down and out. Now they have to look for another place to go for private. It was there they made some level of connection but it is not without its own painful memory. This event took on its own life and they brought the God king of the Greeks into their past but Scarlet was not there but she did feel the presence of the king God. Again, they were reunited and their investigation led them to Scarlet’s aunt known as Mnemosyne the goddess of memory who is responsible for the past memory and creating this untruth memory. They equally haunt Scarlet in the most abhorrent way possible just because she was beautiful then her mother. Her mother used her sister to commit this sick memory and abused her also by giving her to men and woman who does things to her. Gideon and scarlet have to fight their differences and found out that their demon were lovers and bounded. They were able to led them to each other in the end she had to faced her aunt and she fought her including killing her. Now they were truly married and meted.

worth the wait!

This book was totally worth the watch! Gideon and Scar were great! Initially, I was concern about how Gideon was going to only tell lies and allow the story to flow. I should have know Gena was going to handle it. I cannot wait for the next book. In the meantime, I am going to have to re-read the series. :)

WHEN HE DIDN'T LIE AND TOLD THE TRUTH JUST FOR HER!! AND ENDED UP IN SO MUCH PAIN BUT DIDN'T CARE.

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

HE'S HAS A SEXY VOICE, BUT THEN HE WOULD GET MONOTONE AND DRAB AT SOME POINTS.

I love this series! Each book gets better and better!

This one had several LOL moments Gideon's inability to tell the truth makes for some very funny scenes! Scarlet's character was very good as well! cant wait to listen to Amun's story next!
