Heck no! I wish I did not listen to this audio book I have never meet a Brenda Jackson I didn't like but because if the reader I could not enjoy it.
Her voices were so off. Omg she needs to either ready it normally or practice the voices she is trying to create. Some times she sounded country others for the same person she sounded like she was from an island. So hard to focus
I can't get past the stupid voices
I have never given such a tuff review. But I really need the reader to do better like asap.
The narrator's voice.
The country twang made it difficult to enjoy the story.
I may have enjoyed the story more with a different narrator.
I would try another book by Breda Jackson. I love most of her books.
It wasn't her best work. But entertaining none the less.
Temptation would rank in the top ten.
The passion that jumped from the text bing read
The ability to capture both male and female characters accurately.
a 4 out of 5. I am really starting brenda.
i called his dad to help him to home
saying good by to sunny
no not really
Yes I would recommend this audiobook because the story line is exciting and makes you believe that sometimes the most unlikely relationships can happen.
My favorite character was actually Sheila Hopkins because of her strong desire to be a mother to a baby that was not her own and the fact that she would love and fight to protect this child even when she knew that she wouldn't be able to keep her.
The scenes that I enjoyed the most were the scenes try as he might, Zeke tried to deny his growing desire to have a relationship with Sheila, he just couldn't stay away or keep his hands off her.
I really liked this book and especially had a quick chuckle at Sheila and Zeke's initial chance encounter while passing on the road and the eventual meeting. This was a great book to read and to listen to, as I have both the audio and print copy of the book.
