From the author of New York Times best sellers Easy and Breakable - a new standalone novel in the Contours of the Heart series.
He's the love of her life, but he doesn't know it. She's his one moment of sacrifice in a lifetime of survival. He was damaged and wild but resilient. She's always been obedient; now she's restless. Home for the summer between college and med school, Pearl Torres Frank knows two things: Boyce Wynn is the embodiment of everything she should run from and everything she wants to run to. Rebellious and loud. Unconcerned with society's opinion of him. Passionate. Strong. Dangerous. And one more trait he hides from everyone but her: Sweet.

Tell me a story
Tammara Webber is an auto buy author for me. So far I have really liked everything she has written. Sweet is an extension of Easy and Breakable, it's the story of Boyce, Lucas's best friend. Boyce has lived a pretty rough life, and it's nice to see some good things finally go his way. If books had ratings like movies, this book would be rated R for strong language and sex.
I love all the books in this series. And Zachary Webber has a mesmerizing voice no matter the accent he uses. I keep re-listening every few months, great spine tingling romance with a well told heart-wrenching and uplifting story. Perfect.
This novel was exactly what it's title suggested...sweet. The narrators were absolutely amazing transporting me to the small town and making me fall madly in love with it. They brought the characters to life flawlessly and the world seriously fell away. I loved every minute of it.
A big fan of Easy and Breakable, I was jazzed even i happened upon this book only a few days after it's release. And I'd had not heard of it before that day, to boot. which an enjoyable thing . as opposed to counting month's, weeks and days, anxiously waiting and waiting for "the next book" as I no doubt would have been doing.
I was looking fwd to getting to know more about Boyce and Pearl. I really grew to like him in Breakable. His loyalty, underlying compassion, keen perception, with Landon and quick wit made him a stand out. And Pearl was enigmatic enough to make me curious. So i didn't waste a moment. and grabbed it immediately.
I was not at all disappointed. I enjoyed listening to their story unfold. Especially, the going back to the start of it all
I really enjoy Christy Romano and Zachary Webber's narrations. This was my first time hearing Christy. She's very good, a nice voice, great with Accents and all. I've listened to several audio books Zachary has done or been part of, now. I always enjoy his portrayal of the characters. He brings them to life and he also gives a little extra. . . something to each character he reads. It's come to where. I'd be likely to purchase books based in his narration, where I may not if it were someone else. He's that good. In My humble opinion.
I love love love EVERYTHING about this one! Boyce is just the sweetest (no pun intended) most perfect mix of tender, romantic, and masculine! I really enjoyed Easy and Breakable a lot, but was very pleasantly surprised with this one. The narration was excellent and completely engaging. I did get choked up a few times at the memories Boyce described of his childhood and the love of his big brother. Definitely glad I purchased this one! It's one of those you'll listen to over again and love it just as much if not more than the last time!
Not just a basic romance it has humor & laugh out loud moments then seriously felt ones. Easy listen, fun & entertaining. Wish she had more out great author simple fun reads that has you loving the characters. Great narrating as well.
