Suspicion and seduction collide in this suspenseful novel from number-one New York Times best-selling author Nora Roberts.

When Autumn Gallagher returns to her aunt's rural inn, she is surprised to find Lucas McLean. He'd broken her heart three years earlier, yet Autumn cannot deny the love still blazing inside her. "Meh..."
What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

Narrator gave the main character a childish and winy voice.

    Any additional comments?

Very cheesy and the romance between the two main characters is weird and creepy.

    "no good."

This book read like a murder mystery game, I just couldn't get into it. The narrator was great but not even that could help. I did finish it but it wasn't easy.

    Story
    "Her name is Autumn...NOT Adam!!"

I found my enjoyment was halted every time the author said 'Adam' instead of 'Autumn!' Narrator was extremely annoying with this and she kept making Autumn sound like a petulant child.

Story was pretty good. Loved her side characters.

"struggled to pay attention during performance"

The story line seemed to struggle at times I usually can't quite listening but was almost relieved when it was over. I plan to listen again. Some times it is better the second time around
