    Story
"This Was Nice But Bring On Leave it for the Rain"
Would you be willing to try another book from Wendy Lindstrom? Why or why not?

Yes, I really enjoy the Grayson Brothers series. I've actually started listening to Leave it for the Rain... Wendy Lindstrom cannot write these fast enough for me.

However, this novella was a bit different than the rest of the series. I think that is because the story is told from YOUNG Adam's perspective. There are insecurities of school, trouble making, being 'replaced' in the family by another boy.

This book isn't necessary to the series but it is a sweet story with a good message.

    Any additional comments?

NOTES: No worries about listening with the kiddos in the room or car.
Credit Worthy: Depends on your dedication to the series. It is expensive for a 3 hour listen, I held off for that reason but finally gave in.

    "Enjoyable."

A welcome addition to the series, albeit somewhat out of sequence and a little short to be considered 'Book 5". It was more like a novella that focused on developing a character from a previous book. Unfortunately the 'previous book' was Book 6. This had me perplexed since I had already listened to the first 4 books but things fit into place much better after I downloaded and listened to Book 6.

    Story
    "A Grayson Christmas"

I really enjoyed this story. I have followed all the Grayson Brothers books and was delighted to find another. The story is told by young Adam Grayson, the 14 year-old adopted son of Duke Grayson. Adam found intruders in his sister's greenhouse, a young toddler, and his older brother. At first he was delighted, he really liked the baby, but was suddenly afraid that his position as the oldest son might be endangered by the arrival of another boy, slightly older than himself. Leo Sullivan had run away from an orphanage and taken his brother with him, wanting to find somewhere he could support the two of them. This is a good book and I recommend it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for performance, is I felt that since it was a young boy telling the story it would have been better with a masculine narrator.

"Sleigh of Hope - A Tender Love Story"

Another great book about the Grayson Brothers. This family just loves to be helpful and caring to others less fortunate and adding another "brother" to their family is just another way of giving of themselves to others. And the family togetherness is just awesome. I really enjoy the Grayson's books.

This book is a great read. The characters are strong and well developed and the story plot is just brilliant, with just enough unexpected twists and turns to keep the story flowing along and keeping the interest of the reader at peak. It was refreshing to read a clean, sweet romance and I appreciated the budding, young love of Adam and Rebecca as they grew up. I listened to the very end. Short and sweet and very heart warming giving you a feel for what is most important in life.

Julia Motyka as usual portrayed the various characters, skillfully and added immensely to the listening pleasure. I'm happy to recommend this audiobook for all persons.
Wendy Lindstrom you have a created a masterpiece and I am looking forward to reading and listening to the next book in the series.
