Loved the book. Love the series.

Great plot - not just a romance. Drama. Suspense. Danger.

Sexy times are few, but hot.

The narrator is amazingly talented.

Nate. I love Nate. what a wonderful addition to the series. And I loved the beer run short story at the end. Definitely another book for my keeper shelf.

Exciting listen!

Although this isn’t a long novel, all the story elements are here that make it a satisfying, top-notch read. The characters and their lives are fully fleshed out.
The narrator is one of the best. He portrays each character faithfully, even the women, and he does it without falsetto. It’s an attractive, male voice that adds to the high quality of the story.
I enjoyed this book and recommend it freely.

A BEAUTIFULLY DETAILED PERFECT ROMANCE

Everyone loves a hero and that's exactly what Nate is but unfortunately he's been mentally and physically scarred in Afghanistan, Megan has mental scars too so when they meet sparks fly and it's followed by a tender, sweet, emotional, powerful romance.

Nate gives Megan the time, patience and support needed for her to overcome her past and finally move on and she shows him tenderness and compassion as she sees past his scarred body - so really they heal each other (with the help of a snow storm and Jack). There's also danger, tension, action suspense and drama from Megan's drugged up ex and the villains he owes money to and despite having so many Alpha men around willing and ready to protect her she still becomes a victim of violence once again.

Some loveable supporting characters and get your tissues ready for a tearjerker of an epilogue.

There's an additional bonus short story (about 30 mins) about some of the I Team making a beer run in the middle of having a family BBQ which is hilarious with plenty of action too that's a great little addition to an already perfect listen.

Worth a credit? Oh Yes it's a must have.

A sweet little story. I liked how it was short, sweet and to the point!

Great Short!

This is a great addition to the I-team series as a short novella. I adored Hunter in book 3, so choosing Megan as a side story was spot on. You can't help but fall in love with Nate, just like all the other men in this series. There's an additional quick story beyond the epilogue that's good too...more Darcangelo and Hunter...I couldn't ask for more!

I recently discovered this author and have been extremely happy with the series. So happy that i purchase anothet book ad soon as I finish one.

Another strong but gentle Military Man !

I really did love this story! Didn't care for the narrators "Megan" voice , but I have enjoyed almost of his other voices. This series is really good for me. This book was too short ! But understandable with the "Megan" story.
Really would love there to be more I-Team books!!!
