Publisher's summary

A champion boat racer, Cameron Quinn traveled the world spending his winnings on champagne and women. But when his dying father calls him home to care for Seth, a troubled young boy not unlike Cameron once was, his life changes overnight.

After years of independence, Cameron has to learn to live with his brothers again, while he struggles with cooking, cleaning, and caring for a difficult boy. Old rivalries and new resentments flare between Cameron and his brothers, but they try to put aside their differences for Seth's sake.

In the end, a social worker, as tough as she is beautiful, will decide Seth's fate. She has the power to bring the Quinns together - or tear them apart...

My favorite Nora Roberts series

The Chesapeake Bay series is my favorite and the narrator David Stuart does an excellent job bringing the characters to life.

Bad Narrator.

I listened to it for an hour and couldn't continue because the narrator put me to sleep.

Great book! When’s or what’s the next one?

How do I find out if there’s a next book. Is it a series? It’s unfinished!

Didn't care for the performance

I didn't care for the southern accent of the performance. Somehow I don't figure Phillip, a strong city guy, having a weak southern accent or Ethan as pathetic and weak as the accent makes him.

Disappointing:(((

This book would’ve rated 5 stars if only the ending hadn’t been so abrupt! Really, it felt like she was tired of writing and left the last chapter off! Plus, several things were left unresolved!! Very disappointed:(((

narrator was just ok, woman's voice was bad. The story line was the best part of the book.

Second listen

Just as good the second time around. Wonderful story and characters. Narration was good. Loved all the brothers and their
different personalities and still they all supported one another.
Great family dynamics.

classic N.R., Enjoy

Would you consider the audio edition of Sea Swept to be better than the print version?

yes as David Stuart made Cam come to life

Who was your favorite character and why?

all of the brothers and of course Foolish, the dog

What does David Stuart bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

he is just plain sexy as all get out. Some listeners have not always appreciated his style, but I have re listened to this story many times. Makes you feel good

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

this is a series, so if you like them, then this is a classic not to miss. Remember these stories are from N.R. early good writing days. 4 books in all not to miss if you are a classic NR fan. Simple enjoyment, No FSOG at all.
