It was all he had to do. Instead, he got on that bus and took my heart with him.
That was 17 years ago.
I moved on. Marriage. Kids. White picket fence. Everything I ever wanted, but my husband betrayed me and I was left once again.
Alone, penniless, and with two boys, I had no choice but to return to Tennessee. He wasn't supposed to be there. I should've been safe. However, fate has a way of stepping in.
This time around, the tables are turned. It's my decision. Second chances do exist, but I don't know if we can repair what's already been broken...

Presley is self-centered, lacking empathy for others.
Presley's character lacks, well, character.
Excruciating to listen to the constant selfish drama playing out in her head.
Difficult to be sympathetic to everything she has to "endure".
I couldn't wait to listen to the audiobook of Say You'll Stay. I'm happy to say, it did not disappoint! This book was wonderful to read, but hearing it was a treat! I fell in love with Zach & Presley all over again!
It's all about romance in my library! I have a wonderful husband, children and my grandchildren they are my rock.
Not really, I loved both version. Especially listening to Sebastian York and Andi Arndt.
They brought the book alive!!
Yes, loved how Corrine capture everyone's character. From the beginning, with the death of the husband to the ending.
I just couldn't finish it. While I get Presley's pain, she is just too self absorbed in it. The world has done her wrong and she is bitter and 9 1/2 hours of being in her head rehashing it wore me out. It's all about what she has lost. Of course, I'm sensitive to it all having been through a bit of this myself but it all was just too repetitive. Definitely not enough Sebastian York! Getting a refund.
I thought Corinne Michaels did a great job with this book. Say you'll stay is a story of a woman whose life falls apart and in her darkest hour she is able to rebuild relationships with her family and her first love. I enjoyed the way the story was written. The narrators did a great job and I would recommend the book.
I had read the book for Corinne Michaels' Say You'll Stay, but I received a copy of the audible as a gift. Andi Arndt and Sebastian York do a wonderful job on the narration. Even though I knew the story, their presentation still brought me to tears and laughter. Do yourself a favor and listen to this story. You won't regret it.
Always a Corinne Michaels fan, and this one just seals the deal! Every word feels so real, so true. She has a talent for bringing out every emotion possible. I laughed, I bawled, I blushed!!!! Of course, Andi and Sebastian just push it over the edge into the "perfection" zone! HOPING for a follow up book or two about Wyatt and Angie, or maybe Connor!!! (Wink wink, hint hint Miss Michaels)
This is the first book I've read by Corinne Michaels and I could not put it down. It was a fantastic book from beginning to end.
Just the dynamics between Presley, Zac and Wyatt made you want to keep reading to hear what the outcome is.
I've heard many books narrated by Andi Arndt and Sabastian York and there is a reason why authors choose them over and over again.
I am an avid reader and audiobook listener. there are so many times the narration can ruin the entire biok, but the narration of this book, is just as wonderful as the writing. it wasn't instalove, it wasn't far fetched and it was a great story.
I have loved every book she has written! Every single book including this one has drew me in and sucked me up from cover to cover! I get sad when it's over knowing I won't find another good book for a while and this one is over! I could listen to Sebastian York read anything! You won't be disappointed with this book!
