Publisher's summary

I spent 20 years waiting for Trent Hennington to open his eyes and see me. But it was all for nothing. He chose to keep himself guarded and let me walk away, proving that my time and efforts were wasted.

I'm done being invisible.

It's time to move on.

A single dance sets my new reality into motion, and I welcome it. After all, Cooper Townsend is perfect. He's kind, sexy, and attentive - everything a girl could want.

I thought I got it right this time.

That my heart could mend, and I would be happy.

Apparently, some things really are just too hard to walk away from.

Wanted to like it...

I struggled through this one. I got it because I love Andi Arndt & Sebastian York...and the reviews were good.

However, I had a hard time connecting with it for a couple of reasons:
-Their ages didn't match up. Would have been more believable if they were in their early 30s or late 20s.

-There wasn't anything that made sense of how or why Trent was the way he was. We didn't see any of their connection that supposedly lasted 20 years. The breakup in the beginning was just odd.

-Very anticlimactic! Nothing pulled me in emotionally. There was too much back story missing that would have connected you to the characters better.

I'm a little on the fence with this book. For me the first 1/2 was good but I felt like that part was a little long and drawn out. The 2nd half was perfect! Honestly I think that was because I knew what was going to happen from the beginning so I just wanted to get past that part and get to their story. I needed the happiness, I think.

Trent & Grace had a great love story once they got out of their own way, or he got out of his own way. Grace tried so hard to be tough and we all know that isn't easy when your in love. Their story was sad, happy, sweet and hard. The ending was perfect and I'm sad this series is over.

The narration was great but that is no surprise.

THE BEST WAS SAVED FOR LAST.

What made the experience of listening to Say I'm Yours the most enjoyable?

I enjoy that the book is not just about the relationship, but it has a lot day to day issues that real people are going through. It's very heart warming. Corrine Michaels really knows how to make you cry and laugh so hard. I can't say that I have ever been disappointed with one of her books.

What did you like best about this story?

I really like that the character's are a lot older. I felt that the story was great, because it was not a new love it was a love that took 20 years for Trent to get his head out of his ass.

What does Andi Arndt and Sebastian York bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I have said it before that Andi and Sebastian are the narrating dynamic duo making all of the scenes very heart warming and the sex scenes are intense. I'm so glad they were the narrator's for this book.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I cried like a baby when Mr. Hennington fell. My mouth fell to the floor when Trent over heard his parents and the Dr. talking.

Any additional comments?

I really loved the ending. It was the perfect ending.

I really hope we get another book about Cooper. Or I loved the hinting off of going to Virginia Beach. Maybe these books will intermingle.

5 Say I'm Yours Stars

I was looking forward to this book most. Something about Trent had me wanting to get his story.

I am a huge Gracie fan she is fantastic. I loved that she finally had enough and put her foot down. And she honestly didn’t do anything to hurt anyone else. She wanted to have what everyone else does, and she knew she needed to try.

Trent was moody, brooding and downright sexy. I think just because of all that I was rooting hard for him. He is probably my favorite Hennington. I can’t help it I like the brooding ones.

This book made me feel so much, good and bad and that’s what you want a book to do right.

Holy Moly Sebastian blew me away, I am already a huge fan of his but this book.. damn I think he took his deep growl to the next level. And of course Andi does a great job being Gracie. :)

Disappointed!

Though the performance on this was great. The story line was not. I just couldn't understand Trent's reasoning for making her wait for 20 years to man up. I didn't even get far. After her date with Cooper I was over it all. I loved all the books, but this one was a thumbs down. I hate I wasted a credit.

Love the Hennington's!

Where does Say I'm Yours rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is definitely one of the better audiobooks that I've listened to! The narration was amazing (especially Andi Arndt) and the story held my attention and was emotional and entertaining. I'm always impressed with these narrators.

What did you like best about this story?

I like that at it's core, this is a story about regular people facing real, every day issues. They are realistic and relatable. I also love all the supporting characters as much as the main hero and heroine. Everything comes together seamlessly and makes the story and characters more endearing.

Which scene was your favorite?

The Hennington Olympics where all the families come together in competition and celebration. It was sweet and heartfelt, while being hilarious and uplifting.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Yes, during the fishing trip, when the harsh reality of life broke through the idyllic bubble of the Hennington family. Also, later on in the hospital, when Trent makes an unfortunate discovery about his past. Both times, I felt like my heart might crack right in half.

Any additional comments?

There was less personal drama between the hero and heroine in this book versus the previous 2 books in the series. It focused more on the turmoil within the family/individually. Say I'm Yours can be enjoyed as a stand alone, but I think it will be more fulfilling if you do read/listen to the previous books in the series.

Not as good as the others in series

I was able to finish the fourth chapter before I had to stop. The h in this story is ridiculous and waited 20 years for a guy who kept her on the back burner. I just couldn't take it. I loved the first two books of this series, so this was very disappointing.

Could have been so much more

Disappointed. This story was boring and the last third was like something the author just added to make the story longer.
Two main characters did the same thing over and over again. No real plot. Save your credit or money for something better.
