When you meet the Bad Boys of Molly Riot, they'll pluck your heartstrings with their irresistible charms - and rock your desires in ways you've never imagined.
I was a rock star in one of the most successful bands in the Miami area. I had money, fame and millions of female fans...and then my world came crashing down.
I had to go to rehab "for my own safety". Just my luck, while I was just chillin', waiting for my dealer to find someone else to blame for his stolen stash, I met my hottest dream in the form of a counselor who wouldn't just let me slide.
When this chick Olivia Grant showed up to interview us, I expected to hear the same lazy questions we'd been getting for months.
Man, was I wrong. Not only was she way smarter than anyone else we'd talked to in the press, but she caught me off guard - somehow, she was able to resist my charms, and I gotta tell you, you could smell and taste the electricity and sexual tension between us.
One night after a few rounds of drinks, we found ourselves alone together. I'll tell ya, I've never been the long-term relationship type, but for sex this absolutely mind-blowing and life changing, I'm willing to compromise. But how do I convince her that she's different from all the others and that she alone is my addiction?
When my band mates finally convinced me to sign off on the tour with rival band Juniper Woolf, I thought there was no way that I'd ever get along with their lead singer Fran...that is, until I started spending time alone with her on the tour bus.
You know, I've gotta say, no woman has ever had such a pull on me. We can't keep our hands off each other, but the problem is, we can't let anyone else in either of our bands know about our little tryst. If the press gets a hold of this, we'll all be in for one hell of a problem.

The writing it just fantastic so down to earth and real, it's like I'm listening/having a conversation with real rock band. Love all the guys in the series, really easy to connect with them all due to D.C Coles brilliant talent.
Honestly so many parts of this 3 book series (audiobook) that I just loved, the banter amongst them all was just fantastic. It had me laughing out loud so many times, I love audiobooks like this.
Really, I need to pick just one? If I must I'll go with the last book that I listen to in the series. So that was when Fran and Julian had a sit down to discuss if they should become a little more internment, ( I'm trying to keep this PG people) it was so funny.
Yes it was, when I come to the end I was shocked it finished. 😂 I wanted to listen to more.D.C. Cole you are a born Rock Star, your performance in this series is outstanding. You have won a fan in me you are so very talented, you made this series real for me as a listener.
I received this copy for free in exchange for your honest review.
It was great listening to this bundle with 3 hot alpha rockstars. They all have their own attributes that you fall for each of them. Great narration too.
The Bad Boys of Molly Riot is the first books I’ve read from Jade Allen and will not be the last. I love stories about Rock Stars and this does not disappoint, well maybe a little because I wish the stories were longer. That said, they are short quick reads or listens if you are listening to the Audible Version, which is what I did. D.C. Cole did a wonderful job telling each character’s story, North in the first book, Nick, the second and Julian in the third. Secondary characters were well spoken/played as well. Each story can be read as a stand alone but I think it is is best to read them in order to get the whole picture as they run chronologically in time. I felt the further along I got in the book the better the story got and could not stop listening. I especially loved when when it included more of the band. I also loved that the women each band member fell in love with were strong professional woman, Mary, Olivia and Fran, not your ordinary groupies. I am looking forward to reading Dan and Mark stories.
I received this audiobook for free in exchange for my honest review. Thanks for the great read Jade Allen. Red Lily Publishing.
Loved the interchange & camaraderie amongst the band members.
I thought he narrated the story very well, as if he was the character.
Yes, the further you get in the book the more you want to read.
I read this series and, to my own surprise, liked it. And, I like having them all together now in this set. My reviews on each story:
Again! I totally enjoyed this book. And, I was even more skeptical of this one than the last, or rather second since I listened to them out of order. After listening to the first one though, I knew I wanted to listen to this one. At the very least I would see if I just liked the previous book, or if I'd likely found another author.
Jade Allen took something that I thought sounded far fetched in this one and made it believable. Not only is this not normally my sub genre, but the plot sounded like it might be a little over the top. And, short stories usually don't do it for me. They are usually too short and feel incomplete. But, yet again, I was surprised. And, D.C. Cole? His performance just brings the characters to life. Really great combination here. Can't wait to see what's next.
I totally read this story straight through. It's a short story so, it wasn't difficult.
I'd never read anything by this author. It was offered as an ARC. And, I was sort of skeptical. I listened to the sample and the narrators voice and delivery tipped the scales and I took a chance. I'm always looking for new authors. And, WOW! I really liked this book. It was a little gritty, but not too much. Characters were well developed. And, honestly, for a short story, it was pretty darn complete. Of course I would love for it to be longer, but it wasn't because the story was lacking and needing more development, which happens too often in short stories.
And, the narrator?! D.C. Cole was fantastic. It was definitely a perfect marriage of a good story and a good narrator. I rarely give out 5 stars but have given out 2 today.
This series is an enigma for me. It's so not what I'm normally into in so many ways. Sure, I'll read or listen to the occasional rocker story. As long as it doesn't get too deep into the life, I can even enjoy it. But, I am hooked on this series! And, I couldn't figure out why! Most short stories leave me feeling like they weren't quite complete, or something was rushed or missing. But, not in this case. Rockers? Eh. Smoking of any kind, even reading about it, sends me for my allergy meds. Oh the sinus headaches, migraines, itchy, watery, and painful eyes, and eventual overall body issues! The only time in my life I ever had pneumonia was when my parents went on vacation and left me with an aunt who smoked. Thought I was going to die. But, I digress.
At first I tried to decide whether it was Jade Allen's writing or D.C. Cole's narration. Now, I'm convinced it's both. It's that magic that happens when the perfect narrator and author produce the perfect audio. Jade Allen writes a heck of a story. So, it doesn't obviously matter what she's writing about. She pulls you in even if it's not necessarily your normal genre or sub genre. Her stories are full of "real" characters and you feel like a fly on the wall. And, I think Julian may be my favorite so far. The characters to me had even more depth. I loved the way the slight conflict between Julian and Frannie played out. They both had valid points, or realistic reactions to what their band members might feel. And, D.C. Cole is just exceptional. You aren't listening to a book, you are actually seeing these characters, these people, and you are in their heads. Whether you like them, don't like them, it doesn't matter. You're watching this whole thing play out like a movie.
Just very well done all the way around. I don't know what to say besides, I'm just a fan. I can't wait to see what happens next.
