Publisher's summary

Barrett "Rett" Mason has never found the one girl who can tame his wild heart. And sometimes life is just easier and less complicated without love. While working for Kingston Construction, Barrett becomes fast friends with the owner's son, Cole. They have one major thing in common - their insatiable appetite for women. But when Barrett meets Cole's sister, Finley, the easy, care-free, no commitment lifestyle he's grown used to suddenly loses its appeal. Now Barrett has met his match and the one girl who is just too damn impossible to walk out on.

For several years, Finley King has been a slave to the anxiety disorder that gripped her and kept her from enjoying life. Now with the support of her family, friends, and medication, she is on the mend. But the one thing she lacks in her otherwise lush existence as a rock star's daughter is passion. Barrett Mason is about to change that....

Rett: Custom Culture #4

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes! I loved this audio book and I read the book along with it while I was listening and Dara Rosenberg did a great job narrating it!

What other book might you compare Rett to and why?

I would compare Rett to any second chance romance novel as his and Finley's story had a lot of baggage on both these character's sides to make it a really good read!

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene is when Rett finally decides he needs Finley in his life and he needs to man up, and so he takes a job where she is working and waits for her to show up and when she sees him it is like Christmas for the both of them, or having a glass of water after being thirsty for a long time!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This book made me feel happy, it made me sad, made me cry at one point and laugh out loud at the scene when Rett finally gets to meet Finley's dad, and he takes all the Custom Culture men and their girls with him for courage!

Any additional comments?

I really have enjoyed this series and have loved every single book in it and all the characters so much, but I think I liked this a bit more because it was like Rett, the one always getting in trouble, and Finley who has been protected and kept away from anyone her whole life finally got something so great in their lives-each other!

Another great Custom Culture story!

Where does Rett rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I think Rett is near the top of my list of Tess Oliver audiobooks (my heart belongs to Nix from Freefall).

Who was your favorite character and why?

I liked Rett and Finley equally, though I tend to like the boys more, of course.

Which character – as performed by Dara Rosenberg – was your favorite?

I liked Dara's performance of Finley the most. Mainly because she is the lead female character.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

More like many moments. I love when the author gets in the guy's head and he realizes how much the girl means to him.

Any additional comments?

LOVE all the Custom Culture books! Tess Oliver is one of my favorite authors!
