Publisher's summary

Gideon Cross: As beautiful and flawless on the outside as he was damaged and tormented on the inside. He was a bright, scorching flame that singed me with the darkest of pleasures. I couldn’t stay away. I didn’t want to. He was my addiction…my every desire…mine.

My past was as violent as his, and I was just as broken. We’d never work. It was too hard, too painful…except when it was perfect. Those moments when the driving hunger and desperate love were the most exquisite insanity.

We were bound by our need. And our passion would take us beyond our limits to the sweetest, sharpest edge of obsession.…

Sylvia has me hooked on this series and I am hoping it all works out for these two.

Excellent Performance and story

Great series, just started book 3. Great balance of actually having a story line and romance.

I am enthralled!

I thought I did not like book #1 and almost stopped listening. But by the end of it, I was hooked by the story of intrigue! Well done. I immediately purchased this book and consumed it non-stop and now I am on to book #3. This author has done a terrific job of spinning a tale of hot intrigue and keep you invested in the lives of all the characters. I will listen to the entire series. Thank you.

Scinitilating

All the Crossfire Series are clever and we'll written. All the books take one an exhilarating adventure. Each book has an outcome that is unpredictable. It's like getting cold cocked and yet you desire another hit.
Jill Redfield was the perfect narrator for th is series. Any author would be honored to have her narrator their books.

AN AWESOME, INTENSE AND PASSION FILLED LISTEN

I loved this book - yes their relationship was like a rollercoaster ride of emotions due to their obsessive and dysfunction love for each other. Then the break-up period was just heartbreaking and I felt really sorry for each of them even tho I knew why Gideon was doing it sadly Eva didn't. I won't give the ending away, but I thought the last 1hr was soooo touching.

I think it was a sexually charged, romantic, dark and compelling listen which had great characters who were all involved in a tense but joyous love story that's totally addictive - for me anyway.

My patience is going to be severely tested as I will have to wait until next May for the third installment Entwined With You.

Worth a credit? Yes absolutely and after I finished it I could have listened to it again.

Reflected in You

Where does Reflected in You rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Still love the story but disappointed with the second book in the series - not as good as book one. Hope the final book will meet my expectations.

Confronting

I did enjoy the book by the end but like the other listener I found the angst a bit much. Having said that I could not put the book down and enjoyed the ending. Jill Redfield did and excellent job narrating.

Wow, didn't see THAT ending coming...

Where does Reflected in You rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

Upper 25%.

What does Jill Redfield bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Really strong voices. Each one has their own story and voice. I love that they didn't blend together.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes ma'am!

Any additional comments?

So this probably defeats the purpose of the book, but I found myself wanting more talk and less sex. Weird hey? I know. In this book we delved more into of Gideon's problems, as well as more of Eva's past. I was rooting for them, and was bothered by sex being the answer to everything for them. However, I am really looking forward to the third book. And by the way...did anyone else see that ending coming? Not me!

Loved This Sequel!

Would you listen to Reflected in You again? Why?

I would definitely listen to this book again and am finding it very difficult to understand the complaints of some other reviewers. Just about all the questions left after Bared to You were answered and the story development was extremely well done. While the first book bothered me a bit by sounding somewhat of a knock off of the 50 Shades of Grey trilogy, Reflected in You distinguished itself as a separate entity and was very well written. Can't wait until the last book of the series is released in December.

What did you like best about this story?

I was most happy that while the steamy obsession continues, this book took the relationship between Eva and Gideon far beyond just sex. I loved that healing has been taken to a new level for both damaged lives.

Which scene was your favorite?

The very last scenes when questions were answered was my favorite part.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

As someone who has experienced the depth of great love personally, there were some tears.
