Publisher's Summary

Gideon Cross: As beautiful and flawless on the outside as he was damaged and tormented on the inside. He was a bright, scorching flame that singed me with the darkest of pleasures. I couldn’t stay away. I didn’t want to. He was my addiction…my every desire…mine.

My past was as violent as his, and I was just as broken. We’d never work. It was too hard, too painful…except when it was perfect. Those moments when the driving hunger and desperate love were the most exquisite insanity.

We were bound by our need. And our passion would take us beyond our limits to the sweetest, sharpest edge of obsession.…

"Ana or Ava? Same story so save your credit!"

It's almost the same story as 50 Shades. The female leads...Ana and Ava. The male leads...Christian and Gideon. Grey and Cross. Audi and Bentley (although WTG on the Bentley). Obsessed with transporting her everywhere. Exercise. Her parents not married. She's the only child of her father. Must. Stop. Now.

YIKES! The only significant difference in this saga is that the characters are less likable.

The one redeeming quality is the narrator. She is very good, especially for this kind of content.

Spare yourself the hours of deja vu (that I can't afford at my age) and find some other way to use your credits.

    "In Reflection. . ."

I truly enjoy Audible Books, gives me chance to to do two things at once whether it be driving to and from or busy doing the everyday household chores audibles make them just go down so much easier. Sylvia never disappoints. And Jill's performance of the heroine really good, not so fond of the of male counterpoint but it's hard to do males without sounding goofy. all in all it didn't hurt the story. Soo Sylvia did they lose any of their new found trust issues or has our heroine subcommed to Mr. Dangerous' "grip" of reality or does she comperhend the danger at all...? Hmmm....
could be quiet interesting to see her make a left without a turn signal huh? Just a thought.
Truly,I enjoyed it . It left my mouth hanging open, even if, I saw it coming.

What did you love best about Reflected in You?

I really liked the love story that developed in the second book. It was alot better than the first one.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It gave me chills. I loved it!

    Any additional comments?

Thought it was a very close comparison to Fifty Shades of Grey! But I liked the story line and the differences it had.

    "Intense!"
Would you consider the audio edition of Reflected in You to be better than the print version?

No. I love to let my imagination create the characters in my mind and how they would speak. The audio version, you pretty much have to listen to it through someone elses interpretation. But I love the book so much that I still enjoy the audio version,

Who was your favorite character and why?

    Gideon...he's HOT!!!

What does Jill Redfield bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She interprets their emotions and reads, Eva's part well.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    Absolutely!

    Any additional comments?

I cannot wait for the 3rd book! I read an excerpt and am wondering what happens that they spend part of their lives with other people instead of each other.

    "Easy listen, great story!"
Where does Reflected in You rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I would put this in the top rankings and I have recommended it to my fifty shades rehabers.

Who was your favorite character and why?

    Carey, everybody should get one.

What does Jill Redfield bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Gives you the opportunity to look at situations in a third party sense

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I had a few gasps, laughs, you go girls and a few tears.

    Any additional comments?

    Great girlfriend's gift.

    "Hot steamy and must read."
If you could sum up Reflected in You in three words, what would they be?

    I loved it.

What other book might you compare Reflected in You to and why?

    50 shades

What about Jill Redfield’s performance did you like?

She was fine for the female parts, but I have never liked when a female tries to read male parts of a book.

    Any additional comments?

I would listen to this book on my way to work and on the way home. I would find myself taking the long way home so I could continue to listen. Great book.

"Reminded me of 50 Shades with less spankings."
What did you like best about Reflected in You? What did you like least?

There was nothing I really liked. It was just a OK listen. This book reminded me of 50 shades with less spankings and a gay BFF roommate. Oh and two people with 'issues' not one.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

    A lot of things

Would you listen to another book narrated by Jill Redfield?

    Yes

Could you see Reflected in You being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

    No

"Not your usual steamy hot novel"

I have read and listened to a lot of sexually hot novels but this is not your usual sexually hot novel. The characters are so broken and complex that the sex is not the total focus of the book. I don't want to give anything away but in my opinion you won't regret this purchase.

I am a busy sports mom listening to romance only. If the narrator is good and it has a decent plot, I will find it enjoyable.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

    The wrap up.

What does Jill Redfield bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Enjoyed her. Thought she was realistic.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

    Yes

    Any additional comments?

Some people compare this book to 50 Shades and I must say I enjoyed Shades much more, but I enjoyed this. Its not realistic or makes me want to go out and improve my life, but it was enjoyable read.
