Publisher's summary

Gideon Cross: As beautiful and flawless on the outside as he was damaged and tormented on the inside. He was a bright, scorching flame that singed me with the darkest of pleasures. I couldn’t stay away. I didn’t want to. He was my addiction…my every desire…mine.

My past was as violent as his, and I was just as broken. We’d never work. It was too hard, too painful…except when it was perfect. Those moments when the driving hunger and desperate love were the most exquisite insanity.

We were bound by our need. And our passion would take us beyond our limits to the sweetest, sharpest edge of obsession.…

Another Great Series

I was hooked from the first book of the series. While not the usual tale of goof looking people without a care in the world I knew I would ride the four book series to the end. I actually grew to care about the main characters and each book kept me interested.

So much better than...

Where does Reflected in You rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

It's on the higher end of my spectrum of romance reads.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Reflected in You?

Although hurt and angry, he still took her away for a romantic weekend.

What about Jill Redfield’s performance did you like?

I like her narration much better than others I've heard. Her voice doesn't sound as false as some others.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No, I just enjoyed the book itself.

Any additional comments?

no

Getting better

Ok first book had me rolling my eyes at the 50 shades knock off especially when she keeps bring up the dominate angle, but Sylvia puts more depth into her characters. At one point it almost killed me, thought. The emotional crap that you have to wade through to get to the gritty details will leave you angry at points. There were points where I wanted to give up or slap Eva but Silvia leaves enough mystery to make me want to know more. Why!!!!!? is what kept me coming back for more and at the end I didn't regret it. Sooooo good worth it in the end.

More Gideon

I’ve fallen more in love with Gideon. He’s opening himself up now although there are still so many secrets. This time it’s a secret that could result in a separation between him and Ava that might never be breached again. I am totally enthralled with this couple and their dynamic. Each time I think this author is going to take the story in one direction and take the easy way out, she surprises me. While Ava and Gideon love hard together, they fight just as hard, struggle just as hard, and come back together just as hard. This portion of their story reveals so many surprises that I absolutely must continue immediately into the next one.

Reflected in You....Left me wanting more.

Would you listen to Reflected in You again? Why?

Yes!! It was a story that I couldn't turn off!!

What other book might you compare Reflected in You to and why?

I could easily compare this to 50 Shades. The chemistry of the characters is there from the beginning.

What does Jill Redfield bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I loved the way she became the character in the story!!!! It was great!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes!!!

Any additional comments?

I thought the first two books in this series was amazing. I can't wait for book three to be released. I hope it will be on audio right away. I don't want to have to wait for it.

This narrator is amazing!

Any additional comments?

OK, so if you liked book 1, book 2 is much the same. I love that Ava is a strong female character with her own opinions. She's not perfect and she makes mistakes. The overall story is pretty good. However, what keeps me coming back to this series is the narrator. She does an amazing job with this book. She brings another fantastic performance in her reading of this book. I'll be buying whatever she reads!
