The moment she arrives at her rented vacation cottage nestled in Scotland, Zoë Daniels feels it - an arousal so powerful she’s compelled to surrender to the unusually forceful carnal desires…with nearly anyone who crosses her path. Crawford Logan, the boat builder with the wayward grin. The devilish restaurateur Cain Davot, who seems to know more about Zoë than he lets on. And even her sexy neighbor Grayson Murdoch, whose eyes delve deep into her soul as he explores every inch of her body.
Yet there’s something unsettling about the way the locals watch her, something eerie about these overwhelming encounters. Zoë knows she’s not quite in control of herself and begins to wonder if there’s any truth to the legend of Annabel McGraw, a powerful, promiscuous 18th-century witch who once owned the cottage, and whose spirit is rumored to affect anyone who stays there. Zoë doesn’t believe in anything that even hints at the occult, but now strange visions are turning frightening…and only one man’s touch can bring her back to earth.

Witches, pagan magic, dark rituals, a lot of sex is all entwined in an erotic love .... One doomed and one to be fought for. I like paranormal romance but this was a bit too dark and depressing for me and there seemed to be more sex than story. I like a dose of sex with my romances but I think this should be under the Erotica section for any unsuspecting listener.
Coupled with that, the narrator was AWFUL - I had it on double speed and she was still terrible - not right for this book at all, Infact I don't know what book she would be good for !
Worth a credit? If you like the sounds of the above then you'd say yes but for me it's a NO.
Fantastic storyline but avoid this audiobook. Get the book version instead. The reader nearly destroyed the book for me.
This story has more to it than you would expect. The storyline is not as cheesy as the write up leads on. It kept my interest. Worth a credit.
Not sure if this story is poorly written or the narration is especially bad. It is very difficult to hear the different "voices" of the characters. Many times I had to figure out who was speaking. Save your money.
If you like a good ghost story with lots of hot steamy sex, you will like this one.The narrator was ok. However, the lushious character Gray would have been so much better with a rich, deep and sexy voice. Phil Gigante cannot be beat for this type of narration. I would not let this narrator keep me from downloading the audio because the story is entertaining.
