Does one really ever know who one is or even becomes?

This was a well written story that can draw one in and wonder if there could be a HEA for the main characters. If Shakespeare wrote Romeo and Juliette I today’s vernacular with a setting in modern a metropolis, demons and humans instead of the families Montague and Capulet, this would be the erotic equivalent. While this may hard to top I look forward to reading the remaining series.

Pleasure Unbound is the first book in the Demonica Series. After reading a novella by this author, I was anxious to dive in! Tayla Mancuso has always been different. She works undercover in an underground group fighting demons. She fights hard and wants to rid the world of demons! However, when she ends up injured and in a hospital (run by demons), she meets and falls hard for Eidolon (a demon). The two could not be more different and yet, together they become an unstoppable force.

Told in multiple POV, Pleasure Unbound is a perfect opposite attract romance set in a magical world where humans and all sorts of paranormal beings dwell. Eidolon and Tayla have an intense bond that grows physically and emotionally through every trial they face.

Overall, Pleasure Unbound was a perfect start to what promises to be another outstanding paranormal series. With passion, romance, action, and intrigue, I am dying for more! I am so glad that I discovered this author and I cannot wait for more!

Sexy Badass Demons

What was one of the most memorable moments of Pleasure Unbound?

Tay and Eidolon's first sexual encounter. Oh my goodness... It was sexy and twisted and amazing.

What about Cassandra Campbell’s performance did you like?

Her male voices were spot on. I feel like you can tell a good narrator when you forget you're listening to a story and just experience the novel. Campbell was that kind of narrator. She captured the character's personalities and quirks so well it was almost as though the novel was written specifically for her. I'll be listening to more from her.

Any additional comments?

I usually shy away from erotica, worried that the story will suffer under the sex. I have come across a few truly wonderful and well written erotica novels, though, and this is one of them. Larissa Ione is an incredibly talented writer. She created this entire world that challenges assumptions about what is "evil" and "good," then brings these real and flawed characters to life and draws you into their story. The sex isn't the focus of this novel, instead, she makes it a useful tool to help develop her characters and move the plot forward. Fabulous.

This series are perfect for multitasking :). I really enjoy the story and characters very much. I will be listening these books more than once.

Surprisingly Well Written!

After returning several crap books in a row, finally a winner! This is a great romance novel, while still managing to be hot!

My next favorite series!

I think I may have just met my next favorite paranormal author! Do you love a strong woman with a good head on her shoulders and a man who'll have you wishing you were his woman? Then this is the book for you. Tayla and Eidolon are a great couple, and their passion sizzles on every single page. Yum!

This one gets you hooked on the series

This is my first reading of Larissa Ione, and I really enjoyed this paranormal romance. Has a good love story, and lots of action. The background world is interesting, as are the characters. Looking forward to going on to the next installment.
