Great characters. Keeps my attention and has good moral story in the end....but do so wish that she would CLEAN up the language and stop the profanity!

Over the moon

My first Wingate book, this listen was unexpectedly satisfying. I chose it because it was free but continued because it was hilarious and beautifully descriptive. The narrator was a perfect match.

So romantic and down home

Although this book is too similar to book 1&2 in the series I love the sexy gentleman cowboy. The narrator did a better job in this one than she did in the last two. Little bit of God, down home Cookin’, family and true love ❤️ just what I needed to lighten up this pandemic

The information about dinosaurs and paleontology.

I enjoy listening to this performer, as well as I have enjoyed all of Lisa Wingate books to date. There is a little bit of faith wrapped up in each one, and a lot of things to contemplate such as the quotes Thank you for another wonderful book.

Another big city girl meets small town cowboy

This time Heroine is a divorced mother with schizophrenic tendencies. Her task helps toward a magazine article. Instead of getting chased, she chases a dog. At one point, she delays research to spend time with Hero. John Wayne appears in her dreams, which I forget occurred in the other two books.
Hero's a veterinarian in a fictional Texas town with a troubled past. He left town and returned.
There are quirky townspeople.

Great finish to trilogy

Over the Moon is by far the best in this trilogy by Lisa Wingate. I enjoyed Texas Cooking and Lone Star Cafe but I laughed out loud while listening to this story. Very entertaining. There were times when I wanted to shake “Practical Lindsey” but still adored this book.
