Publisher's summary

When Grace Andreas's sister, Petra, and her husband are both killed, Grace inherits the power and responsibilities of the Oracle of Louisville, as well as her sister's two young children - neither of which she is prepared for. Then Khalil, Demonkind and Djinn prince of House Marid, decides to make himself a part of the household, both as guardian and counterpoint to Grace's impudence towards the Elder Races.

Excellent!

This the best book and the best narration of the series thus far. Never thought I would like the characters, since they're only introduced in the last book. But, It's so easy to love them.

Can anyone say Powerful Loving Djinn?

If you could sum up Oracle's Moon in three words, what would they be?

Insightful
Compelling
Page-turner

Who was your favorite character and why?

I loved the Djinn. He decided that the children needed protecting and in spite of his size he stepped up and did so. He was not afraid to challenge anyone including Andreas when it came to the children. He gradually came to love her and she him.

Which scene was your favorite?

When they first went down into the tunnels.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed in several places. Especially when Pia made the most powerful being in the whole area stand down because he was being stupid.

READ THE SERIES!

I am so glad I stumbled on this. I am only on book 4 and I am totally hooked. I liked this one the most because I live in the Louisville area. I also like the way Thea writes. There is sexual tension but a great story line. It's creative and well thought out. I am definitely looking forward to more books.

The narrator is amazing. She does not loose any character voices among conversation and is easy to listen to. I will also venture on other books she has done.

Wonderfully sharp

What dialogue! What characters! What a plot! Djinn Prince Khalil emotes such rage and arrogance and befuddlement all at once and most of the time. Newby Oracle Grace Andreas throws the rage back at him. And the story is off and running. Again, a lot of action, especially with Grace and her nephew and niece as they adjust to Khalil's presence in their lives. The repartee between Grace and Khalil is magnificent in sarcasm, wit and just plain orneriness. Many LOL moments. The interplay between Grace and the children -- gorgeous and warm and so tender. And as Grace learns to deal with the Oracle power there are some just plain and maybe crazy witches after their own agenda with Grace. This story is absolutely alive. I loved it.

Enchanted!

I just hope that anybody who reads any of Thea’s books reads this review. She is one of the best storytellers we have around. I just gobble up every one the minute it comes on board. Perfect narration as far as I’m concerned as well. Thank you Thea!

Awesome sauce

I loved this book. The narrator was awesome. I loved how ALL the Jin back up Grace against Kalel's father. This was amazing. If I didn't have kids I would have had it done along time ago.
