super great story

I LOVED the book! NO major drama but Sasha Dunbrooke did an AWESOME job on the narration which made the book so interesting and funny! I LOVED PJ and Asa and the rest of the characters. the sex was so HOT! instant chemistry! looking forward to listening to the next book in the series!

Asa Barons oh my

I love the characters, we all need a ma like Asa. The family drama, wow.

I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED THIS LISTEN

PJ was quirky, feisty, very talented, confident and was so into the sexy, pierced, inked Asa who was Co-Owner of Twisted Steel a Custom Bodyshop and, because she was a very talented Custom Spray Artist, she regularly saw Asa. She made it quite plain that she was interested but, although Asa showed all the signs of being equally attracted, he backed off every time which made for funny, witty, snappy and highly charged dialogue between the two. Asa's problem was the age gap between PJ and himself and he thought she was going to be spoilt and silly but when she opened her mouth and was quick witted, clever, sexy, suggestive and had the same passion for motors and their restoration as him he was captivated..... but there was still the age difference. PJ eventually had to change tactics and when she did it brought out the beast in him.

There was a secondary plot regarding the family business where PJ and her other siblings all worked but it was run by her very miserable and disapproving Father and her equally annoying Uncle. A lot of angst, frustration and drama ensues as PJ tries to please her Father but there's only heartache and tears. Lots of great supportive and likeable secondary characters both on her side and Asa's.

The main strong romance flowed really well as it took a little time for them to get together but when they did there was a lot of passion, dirty talk, sex and Asa introduces PJ to his kinky Alpha side. They are very supportive and understanding of each other, there was a little angst once but they handled it in an adult way and it was really nice not to have a couple with heartbreaking secrets waiting in the wings ready to destroy their relationship. Dual POV's and a narrator who breathed life into all the characters and added just the right amount of emotion when needed.

Worth a credit? Totally addictive, really enjoyable, a Hero and Heroine with likeable personalities and very very creditworthy.

Lauren Dane did it again!!!!

I loved this book! The characters are real, flawed, and emotional. I want my very own good bad boy like Asa! He was hot, sweet, smart & protective.....everything I love in a male lead! PJ was strong, snarky and knew what she wanted. I loved her snark in the beginning so much! The sex was SUPER HOT and it had a great ending too! The narration on the audiobook was awesome, Sasha Dunbrooke really did Asa well too! If you love the Brown Siblings Series, I highly recommend this one too!

Exciting Beginning to New Series

Twisted Steel is more than just a garage, it is a way of life. These guys are bareknuckle fighters, racers of bikes, cars or anything else with a motor and wheels. They know what they want, or think they do, and go after it!

This installment chronicles cofounder Asa Barrons' fight to keep his single, uncomplicated lifestyle against PJ Colman, an off-the-wall, automotive paint artist.

PJ comes with her own positives/negatives in Asa's opinion. She is really young, 19 to his 30+ years old, she has family money, she is determined to have him and so sexy that Asa is afraid that she may be able to break through and mess up his uncomplicated business and personal life.

A great beginning to another trilogy by one of my favorite authors, Lauren Dane.

Sasha Dunbrooke is a very talented voice performer. I absolutely loved listening to every minute.

Lauren Dane & Sasha Dunbrooke are a match made in audiobook heaven. I cannot wait to listen to the next two books. This contemporary romance does include descriptions of sex, a scene of violence and strong language.

So good, completely amazing story with great characters. I adored the fierce and absolutely lovable couple, Asa and PJ were perfect. Very little angst, funny, super hot and sexy read. Already bought book 2!

IT HAD SO MUCH POTENTIAL BUT FELL SHORT

I just couldn't get into the hot dude he was so hot but he gave in too easily considering the age difference. The Nukie scenes are really really hot which is what kept my interest as long as it did it was just not what it could have been.
