It was only supposed to be one night. We met at a wedding. He was hot. And I'd been in a year's drought.
He smiled. We got drunk. We flirted. We hooked up. I left early the next morning without saying good-bye. It was only meant to be a one-night stand. I didn't want the awkward morning-after moment. Not at all.
Then I went home for the weekend, and he was there - sitting on the couch and chatting with my dad. Turned out he was more than just a stranger. It turned out that my one-night stand was about to cause a whole heap of trouble. It turned out that it never just stops with one night.

This was a good book. Good author..would recommend this book to others enjoyed the story
The author handled the multiple stories/characters very well. While the sex scenes are hot, the character development is poor. Xander could have been a great character but he has such little development...from bad guy to saving African children in the blink of an eye. The wordy writing was that of an elementary school teacher. It felt as if the author was just talking down to the reader. I expected better from Cooper. What a waste of potential.
I love listening to books.
i have not red the print version but the audible form was pretty good!!!!
was my first time listening to this author but i think i would give her another try
hot scandalous funny
As with the book, I loved Xander's story. Very entertaining...hot hot hot!
Personal touch, more insight into the storyline
Yes, would have loved to.
Definitely worth the time and money...Thank you J.S Cooper
Only putting one star because I can't put less. Soul-drainingly bad. Senseless plot, horrid storyline, unlikeable, less than one dimensional characters. Can't believe it got published. Childish and poor.
"what a great story but poor narater"
narater was a massive let down. made no effert to try to do a male voice and tried to hard on the female voice over done and undergone I was dizzy shame as the story line was awesome.
