Your presence is requested for another installment in the tale of Julia and Clay, two red-hot lovers. Come inside their world of passion and suspense once more for a delicious and heart-poundingly dangerous story of pearls, handcuffs, thieves, mobsters, poker, and pleasure in the city of sin...
Happy endings don't come easily. They're hard-won and Clay Nichols is going to have to keep earning his... I love being swept away by a new romance and thankfully Audible's ever growing Library means I get to indulge myself over and over again
A great finale for Clay and Julia's love story where Lauren Blakely managed to weave a lot into just a few hours.... a tense drama filled kidnapping, intrigue, mystery, perfect sizzling chemistry, dirty witty banter, a sweet romance ending in a beautiful Las Vegas wedding and, of course, lots and lots of hot sex (and I'll never look at pearls in the same way again!!!). They've grown as a couple through shared secrets, they've gained each other's trust, taken on a Mafia Boss, developed an unbreakable bond, had hot sex just about everywhere and now finally they can reap the rewards. And Clay's comic brother Brent was an added bonus too.
Worth a credit? Dual POV's plus more characters, Josh Goodman did a great job, an addictive and very enjoyable story makes this a creditworthy purchase but at just over $10 I saved the credit for a more costly listen.
Addicted to any type of Romance/Erotica audio books.
This was a fun and sexy end to Clay & Julia's story. Poor Clay, He just wanted everything to be perfect but it seems EVERYTHING went wrong. This book takes place during a trip to Vegas, once they get there is it nothing but issues! As always these 2 have the best relationship, the sex is SO hot between them but their story is so sweet and fun! I just love them! Lauren Blakely had become one of my favorite authors, her stories as so fun and her sex scenes are so hot every time!
The narration is again, great for a one man show. <3 I highly recommend this series to anyone who loves a good love story with very hot sex!
Just when I didn't think I could fall in love with Clay and Julia any more, Lauren gives us One More Night. Josh Goodman is amazing as Clay!! You will melt when you hear his voice.
One More Night takes place in Vegas, but let me tell you, the ride to the airport and the flight there were a trip of their own. You will never be able to look at pearls the same again!
Clay has this romantic weekend planned to the last detail, but gets called away on business on the way to Vegas. He's only supposed to be gone for a few hours, so Julia entertains herself before a business meeting of her own. While in the casino, Julia has a feeling of being watched. Clay has trouble getting back to Vegas and is beyond anxious to get back to Julia. All Clay wants is his romantic weekend and surprise proposal to Julia to happen, but will he be able to get to that? And who exactly is following Julia in the Casino? Is she really in danger?
This book is amazing couldn't put it down now mind you am a nursing student and have a lot to do but I just had to take one for the team wish there was more
need better endings
He was good and I felt I got into the character because of his narration
This was an ok series but does not reach the levels of FSOG, Crossfire , This Man or the Stark series All of those are much better. Maybe these characters just didn't have enough angst to overcome--I'm not sure but it was ok. I do think it was weird that Clay's parents were not ever introduced or that Julia never met them even though they got married in his home town.
Josh Goodman is a great narrator
the whole thing
the other forbidden nights
