So she sets out to find a special man to father her child, someone without too much gray-matter between his ears: in short, a big, strong dope. Cal Bonner, legendary pro quarterback, seems to fit the bill. But there's something Dr. Jane hasn't counted on: he's no dumb jock. And he's not about to get used and abused by a baby-mad schemer.

"A sensual, heartwarming story." (Library Journal)
This was so stinkin good!!! Soooo many laugh out loud moments! I absolutely adored it! I look forward to listening to more from this author.
Well written tale that made you laugh and smile. Replayed a number of parts because of the pure joy I felt listening to them. Extraordinary book
This one was pretty funny and the story was a bit different then the usual predictable story lines.
Cute! Worth a listen if you like other SEP books!
Ms Phillips has my special thanks for writing this book. It is funny beyond words, romantic and some of her best character s yet. You won't be disappointed.
Yes. The banter of the main characters made me laugh out loud. The sub story of the mom and dad of Cal got me all teary.
The story of the mom and dad wasn't the main topic but it really was good.
Her male voices are good. sometimes I worry when a female reader is in a book title because of the male roll, but she did a fantastic job.
The mom and dad's story is brought into this one and I loved it.
This is one of her good ones. I have listened to others I didn't like so well but this was awesome for me!
this book is very similar to others by this sane author, do it's a little repetitive. overall it's a good & funny story.
Near the top of my favorites list
Jane. She is a strong, smart woman who goes after what she wants.
Yes. She is an excellent narrator and brings her characters to life.
Laughed, cried, and could hardly wait for the happy ending.
Enjoyed the whole series of Bonner brother books.
