Not the Happiest Ending But Good

Exciting, tons of paranormal craziness, possibly some trigger warnings just because of the vivid feelings associated with the horror. Got to listen to the next to see how things pull through.

Holy Crap!

Devastating! I have to listen to the next book in this series. It was the most enthralling thing I have listened to in a long time. It was brutal, though, for those of you who might be faint of heart. Wow, just wow.

Get ready to cry

She makes the characters so emotionally real. You can't help but laugh along with them and definitely cry along with them. Amazing book.

Its so so good!!

I can't believe it could get better than the first book but ohhh so did! The narrator embraced yhe character so much better and the story was riveting! Cant wait to read the next!

Another Great Audiobook in a Series

All I can say is that I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this title also. I would recommend it to friends and family. I can't say more because I am speeding my way to the next audiobook and through the series.

Can’t stop crying!

This was so powerful in many ways. I can’t wait to see how this plays out for Kit and Daemon, they’re my favorite couple.

Very good story but emotional and may trigger

This was a really great story but I did not know it some tough emotional and physical abuses near the end. it all worked out sort of but it was hard to hear. One of my favorite narrators for deep emotional stuff. she grabs you in the feels Everytime!

Book 3. - NOW!

Okay. Last 20% + of book has been nothing but crying. Good thing I wake up at 4 am. At least I got about 2 hours of sleep. First book in series took my sleep away. Already told my family I want entire series as gift. I may not wait for them. This is one KU that needs to be owned, collected, and revisited. Hope rest of books in series are as good as these first two.

Added Maxine Mitchell to my list of favorite narrators. Audible should have a follow opt as kindle does with authors. These two first books have played like a movie 🎥 on my mind. Glad it was a holiday weekend.

I was mesmerized by the initial story. Longed to find book two. Once I started, I couldn’t stop. This is Not like every story out there. The shifters are unique and the author builds them so vividly.
The deep honest love between the main characters had me feeling their love with each chapter. I somehow related to it.
When you think of the alpha, you get hints of Jacob imprinting on Renesme. But that is where the similarity ends.
I love a strong woman main character and I understand where her head is, yet ask myself; is she being strong or stubborn? Will she regret?
The narrator took it to a new level, you could hear every ounce of anger, desperation, horror, teasing and especially love in her tone.
Yes. Yes. Yes. Definitely a must read.
