Publisher's summary

Lora Leigh, the New York Times best-selling author of Nauti Intentions and Nauti Dreams revisits that sultry and “sinfully good” (Joyfully Reviewed) Southern landscape with a story of a young woman whose desire for a Boston attorney draws them both into a dangerous undercover investigation, and an adversary as lethal as he is relentless.

Pretty good

Piper just seems to attract trouble. Jed is the “good” trouble but she also attracts “bad” trouble. I don’t want to give away any spoilers so I’ll just go on to say Jed rushes in to save her. I enjoyed the interactions between Piper and Jed. I can feel the connection between the characters that makes a good listen. A word of caution this book does contain some sexual content but not overmuch.

I do think I should have got Nauti Temptress before this one because it is a continuation of that book. This is an interesting listen but with so many characters that continue from the previous book it would have made it more so. So if you want a short entertaining listen you may want to try this one, especially if you already tried Nauti Temptress and want to continue the story.

Good quick story to keep the series going!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THE ENTIRE SERIES!!
Good quick story to keep the series going and I’m so glad she didn’t try and string it out to a full book which is another reason I love her. Plus we still get to visit all the originals we love so much from the Nauti boy series.

If I had to say one thing I wish was different I wish they had done dual narration it would have taken it to a 20 out of 10 lol.

I wish the author would put a pause her breeds series and write more of these next year. There are a number of characters she could do books with from Nauti Boys and the newer Nauti Girls series. The Sheriff’s son, Brock’s sister and the rest of his team and of course the McKay daughters!! COME ON LORA PLEASE!!! GIVE US MORE FROM THEMIS SERIES.

love the story but narrator isnt good with voices

like I said I love the series. The narrator isnt good with different voices for the characters, especcially male. Sometimes its confusing not knowing who is speaking for a few seconds until you know by context. You need a good narrator who can differentiate the different characters in the book or its not so easy to understand.
