I gave it another chance!

and I was not disappointed. In the end I really liked this book. It did take awhile for me to get into it, but I enjoyed the story. And, as usual Kristen Ashley did not let me down.

near top! loved the book- had read it four times before, wanted to read hands free so did audio! voices were easy to depict, good voice to listen too.

made me laugh, cry, you can feel the excitement! it was amazingly written so that you feel like you are right there with the character!

Great book!! I didn't want it to end!

This book had me laughing, crying, and frustrated at times but it was so good from beginning to end!!

Book good narration ugh

I've read the book and love it. The narration is okay. The narrator needs to work on her male voices. Also lose the NY, East PA, NJ accent. Elvira is in Denver not in the Bronx. KA books need 2 readers a male and female.

READ ONLY! NARRATOR IS HORRID!!

If you want your sexy badass alpha men to sound like a cheery Valley girl, then sure, listen to this story. This narrator doesn't even try. mispronounced words, doesn't understand exclamations, or whispers, or any sort of a man persona. Also, doesn't seem to grasp the story line, when to sound excited and when to be serious. AHHHHH. I absolutely LOVE alllllll of Kristen Ashleys' stories with an absolute passion. But this narrator ruins it. totally. completely. absolutely. READ DREAM MAN SERIES ONLY! DON'T LISTEN!!

Classic Kristen Ashley!!

I am a huge Kristen Ashley fan and I've read every one of her books in print!! I'm now working my way through the Audible versions. Some have been hits and some have been misses, but this one is a definite hit!!
Gwen and Hawk's story is the perfect mix of a love story between sassy Gwen and alpha-male Hawk. And I love the narration by Kate Russell!!

the narrator has no pitch. I want to listen to the entire series but not sure i can get through it. disappointed

The story line was great. It kept me wanting more.

I did not like the reader. Her accents and voice did not go with the book.

Fan-freakin-tastic!!!!!

I totally fell all into this book. Alpha males all over the freaking place. Bad guys blowing up stuff, and a hero worthy of role in "An Officer and a Gentleman." Gwen was the bomb. A little dingy but in the best possible way, with a little "Sex In the City" thrown in. I have never seen an author pull off dingy without being annoying, but Kristen Ashley did. And girl!!! I either wanted to become one of her characters or to make them all a reality. One of the best books I have listened to period. And even though Hawk's secretary was only in the latter part of the book, she was my favorite character besides the H and H. I want a friend in my posse just like her.
Now on to Kate Russell......O.M.G.! I am soooooo totally in love with your voices. They made KA's character come alive for me. I had the biggest grin on my face. And the men sound totally yummy. Girl, when I heard the Hawk's secretary for the first time I spewed water out of my mouth! She was a hoot!!!!

Okay, if you have to ask is this worth a credit. STOP! Just go download the dang book!!!! :)

5 Mystery Man Stars

Ok I think this is the 2 maybe 3rd time I have read this book.. But I never reviewed it!! I know right a crime I tell you. As most of you know of if you don’t I am a HUGE Kristen Ashley fan, and I love all the work she has done so far that I have read. This is not exception. Aces I say Aces.

Hawk.. Oh I swear he is YUMMY in caps because yeah.. swoon he is alpha male at his finest. I mean look who is competition was! Hello Tack hello Mr. Lawson. Lol and Hawk not once intimidated or didn’t think he was going to get the girl hells no he was confident and …. Spoiler he gets his girl.

Gwendolyn this girl had the heart of a saint her sister who she loves is and has always been a little messed up and on the wrong side of the good. She uses her sister a lot and Gwen finally has had it only her sisters messes have encroached on her life. And she kind of has to deal with that and having a hot guy want to make her his. She is a little out of sorts.

I LOVE that he pursued her and she then had to give in because she totallllllllllllly wanted to but also because her heart was all in her mind just had to catch up. Same goes for Hawk. ;)

Ooo Ooo, I loved how Kate Russell narrated this book, I love the soft voice she gave to Gwen it just totally fit with how I pictured her in my head. Lovvvved it. One I am glad to have in my audible library because I will Read it again oh yeah!
