True Molly Harper / Amanda Ronconi Fan

This book is just a lot of fun. I have listened to it a couple of times and will be keeping it in my library. It is very easy to just slip into this book and the story its self. I have listened the 2 of the series so far and have not been disappointed. It is a little short for using one of my credits but I like the non-vampire Molly Harper books so much I am glad I took the chance.

light, easy listen

I love the narrator, the book was a light, fun and easy listen. Born and raised in Kentucky, Molly did her homework for sure.

The Story:

An enemies to lovers tale that took quite some time to grow on me. Sadie and Josh are fine characters but I never really felt a connection to them. I did eventually get fully on board with this couple. I especially enjoyed the scene with them locked in the supply closet.

Overall nothing wowed me about this story but it wasn’t the worst way to spend a few hours. I won’t be continuing the series due to availability and lack of interest.

love all the information on Kentucky, great banter with the three main characters. Flow was very good

Okay...

I live Molly Harper, but this book was just okay. It gets a little wordy, allowing the reader to drift off at times. Also using the same narrator just made the book blend in with all her others.

Great new series. Love the humor. Love the quirks. Love the characters. Love the narration. Really.

Never Fails

No matter what the story is, Molly Harper always seems to hit the mark! A light, beautifully written romance, you can't help but giggle and cry with. Amanda Ronconi, yet again enthralls with her narration.

The only fall back with this story is it's length.

Eh...if you like romance novel, not mystery

Same witty humor, but characters and story were boring and failed to keep my attention. I will stick with the mysteries.

I've listened to all of Molly Harpers books on Audible and this one is the only one I just couldn't get into. I love all her others.
