HILlarious!

In true Amanda Ronconi fashion she delivered a hilarious story line. In terms of humor, I think this was one of my favorite Molly Harper books. I can't wait for the next one!

Another gem by Molly Harper

A wonderful tale brought to life by Amanda Ronconni. This one lacks the usual supernatural influence, which I always love, but Harper's sense of humor carries through providing for great banter between characters and a true romantic spark. A must read.

Nice Light Time Waster

I like Molly Harper. I liked this book. Anyone in the Tourism industry will relate to the projects, etc. A romance formula that works. Nothing new or startling, just an enjoyable ride.

Harper fans, you'll enjoy this one

I love Molly Harper's wit; her female characters are a nice blend of humorous feminine strength and her male characters are always a nice balance to that combination. This book offers everything I've come to love in her writing, but it wasn't my favorite. To be fair, I suspect that the flaw isn't because of a lacking storyline; on the contrary, I think it's because the story felt short. In other words, Molly Harper fans will be satisfied, but they may find themselves wanting more!

Enjoyable listen

I listened to this book over the last few days. Engaging, fun story. Good character development. Lighthearted and enjoyable. It was a good follow-up to the densely packed history books I've been reading lately. I really liked the narrator, as well. I'm going to download the second book.

Good for a lazy Sunday

I like the Molly Harper & Amanda Ronconi combination, I am a huge fan of "And one last thing" but I didn't feel that this story was one of the strongest. It just felt ok to me nothing special. As far as reviews go the was nothing I could say I loved nor anything I could say I hated.

The writer is very funny and witty and I enjoyed the sense of humor throughout the book.

I never heard Amanda Ronconi before but absolutely loved her. She is one of the best narrators I have ever heard. She does a great job of narrating bot female and male voices.

It definitely makes you laugh and laugh again.

Light, Silly Chic Lit

I got this book because I was looking for something short and lighter in nature. The narrator was great! She certainly got the character's dry sarcastic nature to a tee. But, the story was so stupid and predictable, and, the Kentucky setting, though the writer went to great lengths to make it appealing, didn't spark any interest in me. Historical reenactments and puppet museums? Not so much. I'm sure there are better reads in this genre.
