Another Winner!!
I really enjoy the fact that Lara Adrian has taken the vampire story and put her own very creative twist to it. I have read the whole series and was really pleased to see it on Audible. In my opinion, Ms. Adrian has a cleaver imagination and I hope the rest of the series makes it to audio (and soon)!!! I loved the story of Elise and Tegan when I read it, and I wasn't disappointed at all when I listed to it. I do like Hillary Huber's narration and hope to see (or should I say hear) her back on future reads.

Hard to believe that they fell in love...
It was an okay read. Not bad, but not amazing. I had a hard time believing that the two main characters fell in love. Tegan was a complete jerk and despite that, rather quickly Elise was finding herself in love. I found myself rolling my eyes at times, and wondering if this is how an abusive relationship starts. "He's mean to me, but I just love him because he was sorta obscurely nice that one time." It was just hard to find their falling in love narrative to be believable. By the end he was a changed man, nice and full of love and affection for his new lady love. Overall not bad and I'm looking forward to reading the next in the series.

OMG!!!! this series is so good! I just started reading Lara Adrian...and i am so glad that i did! I love to be taken out of the real world to only find myself in the vampire world, this series has great action, romance and all the characters so far are awesome! Great reading and can't wait to start the next book! I have read 3 books in 3 days...just can't put them down! Rio and Dylan...loved it:o)
