I love these stories
I love this story and love how all of the series is so well written. My only issue was Marissa's character. She was well written but I really didn't care for her. I know she wanted to be loved but I also felt she was a little unreasonable. Once again, it just goes to show how well written her character is, for me to dislike her personality so much.
Other than that, I loved this story and I loved how honest Butch's character was. No excuses just was who he was.
I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

What did you love best about Lover Revealed?
That Butch had a full storyline wriiten for him and not a short story or
'novella' since he isn't one of the original Black Dagger Brotherhood
Who was your favorite character and why?
Butch - for his faithfullness and bravery
What about Jim Frangione’s performance did you like?
I think Jim Frangione did an amazing job with his performance/narration in every book in this series - and I'm not exactly sure who tho thank -editors/publishers/ Audible, etc. for having the same narrator throughout the full series!

This is a series that's really not to be missed! It ranks high up there as one of my favorite series I've read &/or listened to. Now I'm head over heels for the Fallen Angels series (although the narration for Rapture ruined the book - at least for me- since they seem to have speeded up the narrators voice).
If you love the Black Daggerhood series I'd also recommend like the Midnight Breeds by Lara Adrian which also has excellent narration.

I love this series! I'm so excited that this book is finally on audio. I love Butch and this book is a very important turning point in the series.

Butch's Story
Finally!! It took Marissa's brother kicking her out for her to get some backbone. YEAH!! Watching her growth and development was truly satisfying. Learning more about Butch's back ground finally answered some questions about his affinity with/for the Brotherhood. This book sowed seeds for further development, I can't wait for John's story. Will Torhment finally return? Keeping my fingers crossed for him.

Good read! Don't let others dissuade you!
I admit this book may not be as great as the previous ones, but I don't really see why fans disliked Butch and Marissa's relationship so much - as if a relationship can be perfect. They each have a complicated background and make their own decisions off of that. Even as a female, I can relate to Butch and wouldn't give up the Brotherhood either.

I love the cop!
Even though I get a bit impatient with the heroine for this tale, I just love the Black Dagger Brotherhood. And I'm so glad they have stayed with the same narrator. I think he is excellent. I certainly don't want to give anything away, but I'm so glad Ward came up with this conversion for Butch so he could be a real brother. Another hit story for Ward!
