Yes!! I Enjoyed this book! It had a really cute story with likeable characters! It had some of Janet usual humor with a strong female lead and a sexy guy!

Have you listened to any of Lorelei King’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes! I love her acting when she reads! She does a great job! I love her when she reads Stephanie plum too!

I have listened to this book twise so far.. It is a great flow. this book seems to be a bit above Evanovich normal. just a little extra ???? I would select another book by this pair.

have been intertained by many of Lorelei 's books .. I have a list of talent that I enjoy and Lorelei is at the top of the list, she can make a so so book in to a must listen again.

Fun, Light, Easy story line.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The relationship between the two main characters.
The relationship between the lead female character and her family. Especially her Mother.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

I think that I would have appreciated the female lead character more if she had been read with a bit more grit in her words. I would have liked for her to have sounded more self assured. I guess I was looking for a Stephanie Plum type. This character almost had it, just not quite.

What made the experience of listening to Love in a Nutshell the most enjoyable?

Great reader, Fast paced and funny story. Her stories are timeless. This is just fun to listen to while gardening or working on a mindless task. Most of my audio listening is done while working on tasks that need the tedium broken up and this book did the job splendidly.

No, not much to the characters.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Lorelei King?

Lorelei King drives me nuts! (fits with the title :) Sometimes all I hear are her drawn out and overdramatized "he said..." and "she said...". Her narration calls attention to her and not the story.
Maybe Susan Bennett, I think she would be great with Janet's sense of humor!

Just miss Stephanie Plum.

I love Janet E! Love the humor and the quirky characters and her plot surprises. Gotta love smart and sexy!

The characters were interesting, the story flowed and I was left guessing who was the culprit.
