My first Evanovich!

Now I can see why my friends like her so much. Fun and lighthearted storyline. I'll have to start her series - long overdue!

What did you love best about Love in a Nutshell?

Janet Evanovich is always a favorite when I have a long drive. She is fun and entertaining with just enough suspense that you can concentrate. But, the really kicker is Lorelei King who does most of Janet's books and she is terrific. Her inflections and interpretations of the books are spot on! Pick one up and listen...they are also great on walks and you will walk a little longer because you will want to listen longer...have fun!

Would you be willing to try another book from Janet Evanovich and Dorien Kelly ? Why or why not?

Of course! I walk and drive a lot and they are fun and entertaining!

Kate - has a great outlook on herself and her situation.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

No...that's what's nice for driving or walking.

Stephanie Plum in Love in a Nutshell?

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?

The story was great, unfortunately with Lorelei reading it, it sounded exactly like Stephanie Plum and Joe Morelli were in the book. Fortunately, by the end of the book, that wasn't annoying me as much anymore.

It moved along and was simple and relaxing.

What about Lorelei King’s performance did you like?

She is the best!! The way she changes her voices for the different characters makes listening enjoyable and not mundane. I listen while driving so monotone voices would put me to sleep. She is constantly changing the voices.

another winner from evanovuch & of course the utter perfection of lorelei king! bc we all know a narrator can make or break an audio bk, but NEVER a worry w Ms. king!! character development was spot on. I care about them & what happens to them. the story & narration were ex excellent! a nice rainy Sunday book

Would you consider the audio edition of Love in a Nutshell to be better than the print version?

Because I listen while driving,etc this light hearted story is perfect ! If I do get distracted it rewinds! Love my audible!

Lorelei brings good character changes with her voice !
