Love the series, this however is my favorite

Good character development, entertaining storyline and a hot guy . The narration Is excellent and an assett to the story.

What were they thinking?!?!?!

Loved this story. Ghost in words is HOT!! Ghost in audio is horrible!!! Need a new narrator! I don't know if Ghost is supposed to have an accent or speech impediment. Alix Dale was not the narrator for this story.

love this book and author

Read a year or more ago but want to get the audiobook and it was so worth it. Love the voice and accent of Ghost...

Story was okay, but the narrator doesn't speak the male voices very well. In fact, she is pretty terrible at them.

Sexy and Steamy

Great Narrator, I will look for other books she reads. I love this Author she doesn't hold back. Cant wait to listen to the next book in the series.

Sexy, Steamy and oh so sweet...

This story contained an excellent pairing of characters. Ms. Lynn has a definite ability to show the best and the worst of her characters while allowing them to grow together as a couple. Macy and Ghost should have never been together. But, a few common experiences, physical scars and crazy exes, allow them to cling to each other in a way that strengthened their relationship. This was definitely a sexy and steamy story. The banter was pure gold, the story was sweet, the sex was scorching HOT HOT HOT and the characters were lovable. This story's characters kept it engaging. My only reason for the slight drop in rating, was the trite conflict that became anticlimatic. It felt too rushed for such a well written book. Other than that, I loved everything about this story! Warning: Contains explicit sex, graphic language, road trips, troublemaking exes, emotional baggage, and an unconventional but exceptionally hot hero tatted and pierced for your pleasure.

I like Alix Dale and think she does a great job! However, I like her performance in Rock Me by Cherrie Lynn better.

Ummmm I think I may leave my husband for this fictional character!!! Seth. Ohh Seth. Not only is he incredibly hawt and sexy he is hilarious and raw!! I feel like I need to dedicate a page and call it "Shit Seth Says".

When asked how "big" he was. His response:

Such a tantalizing, smokin hot story

I wasn’t sure I’d care for her story at first but I gotta say, it was everything you’d want in a story. Such hot detailed sex, wish my husband was pierced, I’ll just have to dream & get more Cherrie Lynn books to fill my erotic dreams. Such bad boys that have tender hearts of gold. Can’t wait for the next one.

Story pretty good, narration awful.

This is the first publication that I have listened to by this author. I rarely ever complain about narration because usually if I find that if I persist, I will adapt. I also realize that it is often not always the narrator's fault but the direction given during production. However, during the introduction prior to the story I heard what I find intolerable in voices and that is voice fry. I suppose it is an attempt to sound sexy but I find it repulsive. In the story itself, there was voice differentiation but it was a massacre for the male voices all except for Brian's voice. Ghost or Seth, the male heartthrob, sounded like an Italian thug and Jared, the rejected ex boyfriend sounded like a hay chewing hick.

It is hard for me to wade through the constant irritation of the narration to evaluate the story but I think it was pretty good. At any rate, I plan to listen to Book 4 because I already checked and it has a different narrator. I listened to the sample and she is an utter relief so I looking forward to more by this author.
