But of all the possible suspects, Leila hardly imagines that the ninja is the same man who's teased, tormented - and secretly intrigued - her since childhood. Marshall Devlin is finally ready to face the terrifying truth: he's in love with his best friend's sister, and has been for years. There's just one complication: Leila didn't know he was her ninja. To win her, Marsh will have to woo her. But can he make Leila forget their decades of verbal sparring in time to stop her from making the biggest mistake of her life?

I was pleasantly surprised to find this was an installment in a series I had already started. Funny, endearing characters set in a well-developed story. This series doesn't nearly have the excitement as SB's Troubleshooters series, but they are nice, lighthearted romance stories that leave you feeling good.
I have purchased 10 or more books by this author and loved them. Yes I will go back to this author.
Give me water to swim and surf in. That with a glass of white wine and the sun. That's heaven.
I had listened to "Night Watch" which I really enjoyed. This was not quite as good.
