Publisher's summary

What happens when the very gods depend on mortals for help? That's what three very different young women find out when they are invited to Warrior's Peak.

The Malory Price Life Plan does not include a quixotic quest - but the strangers on Warrior's Peak claim that she must find a key that will release three souls held captive by an evil god.

Little does she know that the quest will bring her two new friends: the love of her life - and danger beyond anyone's imagination.

Excellent

Perfect summer listen. Imagination in overdrive. You can be taken in by these three young strong women, wanting them to succeed. Great narrator, especially the mysterious/seductive voice of Rowena!

key of light

This is a fun story, if not predictable at times. I enjoyed it with its twists and turns at the dark side. Light, fun reading.

I read this trilogy every year

I very much enjoy the characters in this trilogy, and have listened to them every fall for the past 3-4 years. I am new to Audible and this purchase on sale was a no-brainer for me.

I really like Susan Ericksen's narration of these books; I enjoy the accents she can bring to characters, and if you love Roarke in the Eve Dallas books you will want to listen to the Key Trilogy to hear more characters with an Irish accent.

If you love Nora Roberts, she does an especially nice job with the secondary characters in this series - coworkers, library patrons, former bosses, etc.

Narration

I’ve read the book, several years ago, and already knew I loved the story. My only (small) issue was with the narration. Overall Susan Erickson did a phenomenal job. I enjoyed listening to her. Her voice was nice, and not annoying. She had great accents, and a nice southern drawl. Sometimes though, it was hard to tell some of the characters apart during certain periods of dialogue, especially with Mallory and Dana, and even Flynn, a few times. That’s it! Every thing else was on point.

Good storyline, funny, great natural narration

Romance with a plot. Focus not just on sex & hot bodies...whimsy with substance! Great!

One Word : FANTASTIC

I got this book on the 4.95 page and it was one of the best books I have read ever. The narrator was awesome too. I could not stop listening. When the book ended I paid full price for Part 2 Key of Knowledge, and now I just finished that one and am on to Part 3 Key of Valor. The book made me feel like I was in the book. I cant wait to get started on Part 3. I know I will be so upset when it's over. This is a must read!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
