One kiss can last forever
Becca Thorpe has uprooted her life and escaped to the beach. Now's her chance to get away from city living, throw caution to the ocean winds, and live in the moment. Especially if the moment includes the deliciously sexy surfer she meets shortly after arriving in Lucky Harbor. Something about the dark intensity of Sam's eyes and the thrill she gets at his touch convinces her to stay awhile.
Boatbuilder and investment genius Sam Brody is a self-made man who knows how dangerous it can be to mix business and pleasure. But he can't resist offering Becca a job just to hear her laugh and have her near. Yet when her brother comes to town asking for help, will he tempt her back to her glamorous life in the city? Or do Sam and little Lucky Harbor have a chance to win Becca's heart?

To relax I listen to my books. It's like yoga but better, you don't have to bend your body!!
It made me laugh out loud. It is a great book!! Didn't want it to end!! But excited to hear the first chapter of the new book!
The fact that it made you laugh!
I really like Becca with her wit and the three guys with their wit!
No listened on the way to work at work and at home took total of 2 days!
I love the LUCKY HARBOR SERIES can't wait for the next one with Cole.
Great book! This was my first Jill Shalvis book and I definitely will get more! I couldn't wait to get in the car to go somewhere just so I could have my "me time" and listen to more of the book. The pace was very smooth and the narrator did a wonderful job bringing life and feeling to the book. The story itself was just the right mix of everything without being too much of any one particular topic. You could definitely relate to the characters and their situations....and their emotions. The humor throughout the story was fantastic. The banter between friends and family was funny, witty, and relatable. I don't remember the last time I truly laughed out loud so much during a story. It was alot of fun to get lost in such a great book. Can't wait for the next one :)
The performance was very good. She distinguished among the various voices. Male and female voices very good. The only voice I found annoying was Lucille's.
I found the h (Becca) obnoxious. She butts in where she clearly isn't wanted but is not willing to share her past with the H (Sam) and gets annoyed when he tries to butt in. She continues to go against his wishes and butt in where his father is concerned.
Good character development
Liked the plausible storylines
Very good character differences
A Summer To Remember
Fun, easy escape without too much drama
Love the nickname for gorgeous Sam, SGS (Sexy Grumpy Surfer.). This story was sweet, sexy, and truly heart warming. I adore the Lucky Harbor series, and the fun community that Jill Shalvis has created. You will feel so much emotion throughout the story, and fall in love Becca and Sam immediately.
30 year old bibliophile. I love a good love story.
Not particularly I wanted a fun and funny contemporary the humor was sophomoric and the plot was predictable
I felt that she tried too hard to write a romantic comedy and chose a subject that was not humorous. The over use of weird nicknames for characters got old and made me feel as if the heroine never got arround figuring out who the hero really was, In her mind he was summed up far to easily by three words which only varied slightly over the story
Acceptable not great but not painful to listen too
I wouldn't waste my credits
