I couldn't put it down!

Would you consider the audio edition of Ice Blue to be better than the print version?

Fast paced, yet with a deceptively laid back narrator. I like Gabra Zackman, and she was a good pairing with this author.

Brilliant Author, Brilliant Narration

Anne Stuart is simply flawless in her writing style, characterizations and storylines. I am forever crushing on the male leads, identifying with the female leads: educated, yet are flawed with insecurities from everyday situations which all women regardless of whether they have experienced the event or not, can certainly relate too. The reader will gain inside knowledge regardless of the setting and understand the depth of emotions from not just our lead characters but even our co's. I laugh aloud at times and cry at the HEA's. I have not found one poorly acted narrators yet to any of Stuart's stories. I would encourage any person who is not familiar with Anne Stuart to invest the time to explore this remarkable talent.

I couldn't put this book down as hard as I tried. This book had very interesting characters especially Taka. The ending was a bit cheesy and rushed.Sometimes the inner thoughts of the characters were a bit repetetive but that was easily forgivable because of the exciting story and entertaining plot and people. loved it and I think anyone looking for a bit of excitement danger and romance would love this book.

Good plot, poor writing

This book has a reasonably interesting plot. It is marred by an enormous amount of repetitive writing, especially about the emotional feelings of the heroine. It also pays far too much attention to a ridiculous love affair, including a really disgusting, pornographic description of their sexual contact. It is far from being worth the time of listening it takes to come to the end.

Enjoyed the entire story.

I have been reading the series and I love it. The voices of Jenny and I can't remember the heroines name from the first book but both were from the US but the narrator changed the voices to English and French.

Good story line for a romance read. A little bit of everything: romance (hot) adventure, and imagination.

What did you like best about this story?

this is part of series, but a stand alone in plot. Our hero is hot, in an Asian way...which most romances don't go that direction.
I always wanted to try this author, and my fave reader read this story so I purchased it. The author work is good, but the other readers don't have enough style to encourage me to buy more of this author.

What about Gabra Zackman’s performance did you like?

I purchased this book due to this reader. G.Z makes all her male characters yummy. She really interprets an author heroine dead center. See her Kyra Davis series for humor. Her AKA Isabelle Gordon for hot, see (Buckhorn series)

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

This was a light read, so no heavy moments, but an even good listen that you will enjoy.

Violent denegrating sex

I listened to only half of this book before I decided to move on. I have RARELY not finished a book, reading or listening. I was surprised this was written by a female - a book full of forced intimacy and coersed physical contact between two characters who have no reason to be sexual with each other is more typical of a bygone era of male writers. The violent romance wasn't even interesting, and the actual plot was incredibly contrived.

Love this series. Not this book

This book was just not as exciting as the others in this series, unfortunately. I'll still keep listening to the rest of this series, though!
