A Difficult Story

The wonderful performance carried me through a boring story. It was like a men's suit jacket with padded shoulders: looking good on the model only because it's padded. Drop the pads and see how disappointing those shoulders are.

Another Great Alpha Pack Story Delivered...

Wow, Oh wow!!!! I have waited for Ryan’s story since January and I wasn’t disappointed. J.D. has written a brilliant story about my favorite Alpha pack member.I have always like Ryan’s character, even when he was just a side character in the previous books. I have always loved his vulnerability maybe because of his psy gift. Ryan is a channler, he can see the dead (creepy) and it makes him lonely at times. Daria is a wildlife biologist who seeks Ryan help once she is left for dead in the Shoshone Forest. Daria and Ryan story is breathtaking. I laughed, I cried, I held on to my pencils snapping it in two during certain moments in the book (I went through three pencils), all the while loving every moment of this book.

Once again, Kristen Potter narrators this book. She has done all the narration for this entire series so far. I really have enjoyed her voice and the added emotions she puts into each character. I would enjoy the book if I was to read it but her voice adds a little bit more to the story. Worth a credit, yes that and much more. Would I read it again, I am doing that right now.

Purchase this book and you will not be disappointed!!!!

Loved it and all the previous books. Audio books are my favorite form of release and relaxation

These Alphas are Awesome

I adore the Alpha pack series! JD Tyler continues to write action packed romance that keeps you guessing and falling in love with these fantastic characters. The narration is always fabulous because Kirsten Potter is just one of the best narrators I've ever heard. If you're just tuning in to this series it's worth it to start from the beginning and get the preceding books, as they are all really great listens. You won't be disappointed!

it dragged on .... but finally picked up towards the end. Love the whole series can't wait to read the next one.

Still enjoying this series

This is the first book in this series I have listened to instead of reading, still really enjoy the series and like the depth that the narrator brought to the characters. On to the next book!

A VERY GOOD ADDITION TO THE ALPHA PACK SERIES

An entertaining compelling addition to the series as we encounter were-shifters with psy powers, magic, fae, very likeable H/H, some interesting and 'odd' secondary characters, an evil villain and a were-monster in this action-packed plot that will have you hooked from the start then rocked at the end.

From the moment Daria astral-projects her image and connects with handsome Ryon little does she know that her fate is sealed and her life will never be the same again. As this enjoyable story unfolds, not everything goes according to plan as the pair get to know one another because oh yes there's lots of yummy sexual chemistry, lust and sex as the mating urge kicks in, but danger lurks just around the corner.

Then, as the plot heats up, their tender budding romance will be tested to it's limits as adventure, sex, passion, suspense, twists, intrigue, danger and, an old but deadly, enemy awaits them. This may prove one challenge too many for Ryon and revelations shared will rock the Alpha Pack's faith in 'the system'.

Worth a credit? If you write it J.D.T then I'll buy it - so that's a definite YES.

Great narration

I always enjoy a new series but worry when it comes to the narrator. This is well narrated and have enjoyed the series much. Great book

Oh hell yah

yep yep love this series I am happy that there r some male characters that have no lovers so readers can make their own thoughts like hammer dang wouldn't mind me a hammer

It gets better and better

This story continues to get better and better. Each one gives you yet another piece of the original story of how Alpha Pack came into existence. The narrator is an excellent choice for this series. The sneak peek into each team members little world keeps me listening all hours of the day and night.
