If Leigh has learned anything this summer, it's that magic can be chaotic. Despite some headline-making disasters in her last diary, Leigh is eternally hopeful. With Four-bitten Fangtasy behind her, Leigh decides to write a little paranormal erotica with her newest disasterpiece, Bangin' the Billion-were. She even takes on a rehash of the popular YA dystopian genre in her novella, Regurgitant. It seems that even the editing of other authors' writing can make her unwittingly fire up her literal witchcraft. Leigh finds out how bad things can get when her friends ask her to edit their own cowboy-biker book, Steel Stetsons. Despite the flurry of writing, Leigh's romantic heart is racing. Her boyfriend, Hunter, will finally graduate from the Chicago Police Academy. Will Leigh and Hunter finally be able to enjoy some quality time on a camping trip? What will Leigh think of Hunter's unique family? What is Luna capable of when pushed to an act of desperation?
It seems Randy "Johnson" (designer at Paranormal Chic) and Gertie have unwittingly uncovered a new mystery for Leigh and her hapless coven to sort out. Now the upcoming Witches Halloween Gala is in jeopardy, not to mention the future of civilization. Follow these magical misfits as they travel halfway around the world to a hexed Scottish Castle and take on the very essence of evil in Hopeful Leigh.

Everything. its hard not to. its so comical
There was sooooo many!! But you just can't help but crack up laughing when you can even hear it in Hollies voice that she's trying not to but can't help herself. <3
She is awesome!!
The Literal Leigh Series are my all time favorites. Amazingly, this series keeps up the pace of hilarious comedy and lovable characters with down to earth personalities we can all relate to. I've listened to each audio book in the series 3 times already and I can't wait for the next book.
Either the "dog toy" incident, or the gang's arrival at the hexed Scottish castle. Or the "calves" so many to choose from. Like all the Leigh Series books, they are loaded with gags. For example, the author is very good at writing in the seemingly unintentional double entendre that later is the cause of catastrophe. It's very witty, very clever.
Oh yeah! I loved her voice on the Dakota Cassidy books and Hollie Jackson is the perfect narrator for this series. She nails the accents and adds the perfect inflections for the comedy. I can't compare my favorites-apples to oranges, I just love these romantic comedies with a paranormal twist.
Bangin' The Billion-were!
If you love romantic comedy, you'll love this series. Just love it!

Laverne and Shirley and Shirley and Shirley and Laverne but funnier
The only problem I have with this series is, people look at me weird when I have to put my hand over my mouth to not laugh out loud.
I absolutely love this series. Leigh and her friends are never boring. There is always a new adventure around every corner. Melanie James has a wonderful sense of humor and makes me laugh throughout the story. What more could you ask for comedy, action, adventure, and romance!
What was there not to love, this is the most hilarious, and belly laughing book ever, I have listened to this until the end and loved every second of it. I still think I hear her voice in my head, very well written. Yes indeed.
Everything, I love Gertie, Leigh and her friends are hilarious, can't wait to see what comes next.
I love her voice, no I haven't had the pleasure of listening to her until these books but she does a five-star job.
The whole book moved, me wish I could find me a desk like that one.
This series is one of the best out there, and if you haven't listened to it yet you really have to.
The mixture of the story and Hollie Jackson's narration!
Brad began to sing. Of all things, he sang. And he sang familiar and completely innocent advertising jingle-- in a very suggestive tone, complete with stripper dance moves. He unbuttoned his jeans and grabbed the tab of his zipper. "My bologna has a first name, it's O S C A R. My bologna has a second name, it's M A Y E R--"
Yes, I have listened to Hollie Jackson in the other Leigh books in this series and she is AMAZING!
Melanie has brought yet another amazing book and Hollie has brought it to life! They both deserve 10 stars each!
