Move over 50 Shades, there's a new romance in town. Superstar Wendy Williams brings on the heat in her first-ever, no-holds-barred, down-and-dirty romance novel.
Kimberly Kind is trying to get beyond her roots. A successful, beautiful, smart lawyer, she's finally finding direction in her life and getting out of the streets. But a terrible accident threatens to throw her carefully laid plans off course. Now Kim's hiding a huge secret…one that could threaten everything.
Enter King. A perfect mix of Justin Timberlake and David Beckham, the man oozes sex and has more swagger than anyone Kim's ever met. Their chemistry is off the charts. But after passion-filled nights, the intensity of their emotions takes both of them by surprise.
Love was not supposed to be an option. Now it's the only thing holding them together. When their pasts come back with a vengeance, can love possibly be enough?

Interesting, entertaining, surprising
When the truth about the accident came out
no but I will defintely look for more of her work, I enjoyed her
a few shocking moments
Really didn't know Wendy could write so well, I was pleasantly surprised by this book and am hoping there will be a continuation of this story. It left me wanting more!
I "read" this book on the drive to and from my vacation and I do have to say it was real treat. The story was good and the characters were funny. If you are looking for a good read without having to think to hard this is the book for you
Excellent story line - Characters were full of life and excitement, can't wait to see how the queen lives happily ever after with her king.
No other book
When she meets King
Nothing wrong with the swirl!
Please write part two ASAP!!!!!
Sure. It was a great story, great twist and the romance wasn't over the top. It kept me interested from beginning to end.
When Kim found out she was actually make crazy phone calls!!
YES. It has a little bit of everything I love in a movie.
I love Wendy Williams BUT I was a little hesitant to get this book. Well I'm glad I did. I couldn't stop listening!! 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!
A "something new" romance. I thought some of the decisions made by the main character were unrealistic for someone with a legal background....but books don't have to be realistic. Sexy, mysterious, surprising.
The experience was most enjoyable because I listen to it at work only, so I couldn't wait to get back to work the next day. It helped me get through my day.
OMG!!! Kimberly and King!
I have not heard Rasha Jay's work before, but she did an excellent job!
Yes! I listen at work, so I can't listen in one setting, but I couldn't wait to get to work every day.
Was a skeptic at first because I am used to seeing Wendy Williams on television. While I don't watch her show, I took a chance on the book and I loved it! The storyline was great. Wendy...get off the set and start writing part 2!!! There has to be a part 2. I might even suggest, you make this into a movie. And the scene where Kim meets King for the second time, you might add a dancing scene and have Jon B's song Pretty Girl playing in the background...This audio needed music in the background...
It was ok. I enjoyed it for what it was. I was say about 12 or 13.
It was compared to 50 Shades and I guess on a romance, fantasy level it could be that but it was not as erotic as the description made it out to be. I don't read romance novels so it doesn't compare to what I've read in the past except for 50 Shades.
When King was giving it to her from behind while she looked on in a full lenght mirror... Now that was hot!
Royals in the hood...
The beginning started off kind of slow but the middle to end was wonderful. It kept me on the edge of my seat.
Hmm... I don't know
Queen and King were my fav of course :)
No I broke the listening session up.
