A twisted game of Hide'n Go Seek forces an unlikely alliance between a no-nonsense FBI agent and a search-and-rescue worker.
Celebrated search-and-rescue worker Kali Jordon has hidden her psychic abilities by crediting her canine partner Shiloh with the recoveries. But Kali knows the grim truth. The Sight that she inherited from her grandmother allows her to trace violent energy unerringly to victims of murder. No one knows her secret until a twisted killer challenges her to a deadly game of Hide'n Go Seek that threatens those closest to her.
Now she must rely on FBI Special Agent Grant Summers, a man who has sworn to protect her, even as he suspects there's more to Kali and Shiloh than meets the eye. As the killer draws a tighter and tighter circle around Kali, she and Grant find there's no place to hide from themselves.
Are her visions the key to finding the latest victim alive or will this twisted game of Hide'n Go Seek cost her... everything?

I have enjoyed this series of books. I would rank it in the 55% - 75% of the best audiobooks I have listened to and I have been a member since 2000. That's a lot of books!
Even though the main character was physic the author kept it a bit low key. This made the story more believable in my opinion. We all have probably had an experience when our other senses might have forewarned us led to to call someone just when they needed.
Her cadence remained the same regardless of the situation. No sense of urgency or fear intoned. Also the sounds she made when the author said someone laughed, chuckled or snorted sounded the same and so contrived it made me wince.
hell no! Dale Myer is done for me.
No. However, I will seriously think twice next time.
Any one else! This was one of the worst narrators I have ever listened to. I've heard 12 year olds read better. Words are not pronounced correctly, sometimes sounds like run on sentences, and emphasis is placed on the wrong syllable. It reminded me of benny hill's comic scene of ..." oh look, on the road, a head" instead of " oh look, on the road ahead.
All of the ones where the lead character cries...yeah I know. There would be no book left. Or repeatedly says, "Shit" or "Christ" . Those were the only two curse words used....REPEATEDLY. Sooooooo annoying.
The characters were horrible. The dialogue was horrible. I forced myself to finish. It was painful. The narrator was horrible and someone should have had her read the section first then say it out loud so she knew how to pronounce certain words. OMG! What a colossal waste of time and mental anguish.
